Pharmacist Pam is very caring and knowledgeable. She is always available to speak with you and help you find what you are looking for. Many times she has helped me decide which over-the-counter medication would best help me with my problem, and also advise me how and if it will work with my other prescriptions and medications. She is truly an asset to this pharmacy.

Convenience, great Pharmacist

Long time customers for YEARS and will now go elsewhere. My mother makes this place tons of money because she gets prescriptions non stop here. Loved the old pharmacist, the new pharmacist is snarky and when they get over worked, she acts a certain way towards the customers (at least to us....) I'd be willing to bet that's the reason they are understaffed. I used to be a pharmacy tech and walked out because of the pharmacist at that company. We like 1 woman who works there as a tech (she's been there a long time), everyone else doesn't know what they are doing and they let the stress get to them which makes them treat the customers poorly (our experience). My mother is old, blind and diabetic and I don't appreciate the way she was spoken to on the phone. Not to mention they never have anything...they always fill half or 3/4ths of the pills. Plus delivery SUCKS. They come , say they rang the door code and then don't deliver it. I have notifications that tell me when the door code is rang....they never ring it, they just leave. On the off chance they actually come upstairs, they always are missing prescriptions .... definitely not worth the headache for elderly people who just want peace.

I really liked this pharmacy, but it has really gone downhill since their main Pharmacist retired. Refills placed through the app are never fulfilled by the promised time anymore. Poor customer service, time to find a new provider.
