Duke's Discount Drain

I called Duke’s this past summer to have an exterior gas line put in my house. They came out and gave me such good insight and answered all my questions. They gave me the best plan of attack. I went with them and the price for the amount of work was phenomenal. Fast forward to this fall where I needed to replace the valve on that same line to a key valve so I could turn gas on and off from outside my firepit. They came right back out and had the job done in minutes. I worked with both Ron and Eric and they both were so cool and let me shadow them so I could learn more about pipefitting and air tight connections. I would recommend them over and over again for any plumbing needs. They also installed a battery back up sump pump and it’s been such a relief having that in case of an emergency. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with the service that Duke’s Discount Drain & Plumbing of Akron, Ohio, gave me. I was completely without hot water. He came to house, checked out to see what size tank I wanted, and the area where hot water tank was to be installed, and what supplies, would be needed on Monday. Arranged for one of his Plumbers to come out on Wednesday, in which he was on time and the office called to let me know he was on his way to do the install. Hauled old tank away, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend to Family and Friends 💯 %

Another trip to my “new” hardware store LOWES (Brimfield township) for a gas water heater including installation. Gentlemen at Lowes contacted Lauren, Lowes installation mgr By-Tor Contracting Inc.. and installed within day, Dukes Drain & Plumbing was on time , reasonably priced, extremely professional , friendly, and cleaned up all the water that had , prior to their coming, run out of the tank everywhere. Couple hrs installed and 20 minutes later hot water ! I will recommend Lowes in Brimfield and Dukes to everyone. Should also add , No hidden costs - price responsibly quoted was the actual price paid -even with the added mess he cleaned. Extremely pleased 😁

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! They replaced my plumbing pipes in my basement and all of my shutoff valves for under $1000 in a matter of 6 hours. Which was almost $3000 less than what I was quoted from H JACKS PLUMBING CO. I had the technician Eric and he was amazing! Very personable, nice, easy to understand and also seemed to be doing the work for his customer and not just because it was his job. The receptionist Rachel was also EXTREMELY helpful in responding quickly to me and also my warranty departments, who are a pain to deal with sometimes. I am very appreciative of this company and EVERYTHING Rachel and Eric has done for me!

Very professional! I called them in because of my washing machine. It gave me an error code that the water didn't have a lot of pressure, and it was from the cold water valve being eroded. He supplied and installed a new valve for me and got my washing machine fixed. He even balanced my washing machine for me at the end because he noticed that it was off-balanced when it was going through the spin cycle. The attention to detail, and the fair price is what will keep the customers on coming back. Thank you guys!

This is the best company for any plumbing needs, big or small. We previously had them replace a simple kitchen sink line. They went above and beyond by even replacing the shut off valves and replacing the hose spigot. Recently we’ve had some bigger plumbing issues within our bathroom requiring replacing all of the plumbing. From scheduling the appointment with Channing, to talking to Eric about the process, Dukes has actually made this process calm and enjoyable. They have done a wonderful job by working with upmost professionalism, cleanliness, & understanding. They finished the full replacement of our bathroom plumbing in a timely manner, and to the best quality, all while working around our family of three kids and two dogs! Everyone’s personable and friendly personalities is just the cherry on top.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

people at Duke's Discount Drain! Long story short, they are the only company who actually wanted to and did help us! They have went above and beyond for our family, they have never treated us as another dollar amount to be made but as people! This awesome people helped me so much! I had a main drain absolutely clogged, and another plumber even told we have to dig the yasrd and change pipes for few thousands $, and THESE awesome guys drained it in a short time with heavy duty tools, and cut all the roots out, and now everything work again! Price was VERY reasonable, too+ they are pleasant, polite and with a good sense of humor. It will be always my first choice from now on, to call, if something is wrong.
ps I was telling my friends, that I am waiting for plumber more than Santa, to fix my life. And , guess what? One of them had a SANTA HAT on. What a gift)
