Metro by T-Mobile

Viviana the store manager was very helpful in getting my phone service switched over to Metro. The transition was a smooth. I wish my previous provider was as helpful as Viviana was while porting my number over, but that’s a different story and it explains why they’re my old service provider. Go Metro!

I have needed to visit this store twice. Once to start home internet, and once because I had to switch my cell phone with its "twin" (I bought the exact same model, when it went on clearance, years ago, as a backup).

Both times there were silly system technical issues. However, both times the employees went over and above, and used their sense, problem solving skills, and determination to help me, as a customer.

Thankfully, I have only needed to actually visit 2 stores (San Ysidro is the other one), and neither of these two have let me down.

Please see Victoria Pina when you visit the store, she has been the only one that was able to take care of my situation and finally close a ongoing problem that I had.

Visited this store on 06/18/22 to have my phone turned off and inoperable because my phone had been stolen a few hours before. I've been a customer here for years and always have a great experience. This time the retail associate Lucia who was working was extremely friendly and welcoming. Not only was she compassionate and comforting to me about my dilemma but went above and beyond to resolve the issue and get me set up with a new phone and great deal. She was truly wonderful and helpful in creating an excellent experience for me at a time of emotional distress.

Awesome service! Seriously top notch I had a great experience with Luzy so patient and so Intillegent she helped me port my # from AT&T to metro! And she was so patient the whole hour I was there thank you Luzy! We need more ppl like you in this world 😃

Josie was wonderful!!! She was patient.. Kind... And really helped me figure out what was best for me. I was paying 230 bucks a month at Sprint... Now my bill is 40 bucks a month!!! I am so happy. She also got me a new phone that is mine! No lease and no tricks.

The associate tried to help me with my issue, but to no avail. She was able to help two customers at a time which i was very impressed.

Like any place I allow a chance for Redemption this is one of those times excellent service when completely out of their way to find me the best deal and I'm very happy now
