Had a great experience. Came in from out of town and needing to get my Subaru checked out as it was making a kid knocking noise and I needed to make sure I could get home to Boulder. These guys were incredibly professional and helped me see clearly what was wrong and though they could not fix it, didn't charge me anything for their time, though they had every right to. Hard to find places that lead with kindness and graciousness. Thank you for not making an already stressful situation even more stressful!

Got a same day pre purchase inspection here, these guys are very nice , punctual, and very thorough. Their inspection ended up saving me from buying a vehicle that had a bum transmission. I'd 100% visit them again!

I was rather upset when I found out what a major repair I had on my Legacy. I got 2 opinions and quotes which were both very comparable. Forrest was so good to me and worked it through with me. He put in a claim with my third party warranty (which some garages won't do) and got them to pay part, then gave me a price break beyond that for which I was very grateful. On top of that, they had it done quicker than I was expecting and what they had said. It's been a few weeks and my Legacy is running great so far.

Always so helpful with our Subaru Outback. We don’t go to anyone else because we trust them to do a good job for an honest price.

Alright, Johnson Family Motors should be number one on your call list for anything Subaru or car maintenance in general. My car had an issue. I took it in to many other motor companies. They all turned me away saying it was fine. JFM took the time to drive it around, paid attention to detail, and kept me updated the whole time. Forrest is AWESOME. The fix turned out to be more major than expected, I also was in a time crunch. They were so respectful of my time, and still worked effectively to fix my car. All things are well with my Subaru, and I will be returning for any other car maintenance in the future.

I got my Subaru Baja catalytic converter replaced here last year and they were amazing. Kennedy even gave me a ride to the train station instead of having to uber or find another ride. The fact she took time from her day to give me a ride was really sweet and appreciated. I recently got engine work done here on another Subaru after having such a great experience the first time. They delivered amazing service again and even filled my tank with gas before giving it back to me. They’re honest and won’t try and sell you something you don’t need. I’m moving out of state and super sad I can’t take my cars here anymore, I doubt I will find a shop half as honest and dependable as this one. All of the mechanics are amazing and Kennedy is the sweetest person and so easy to work with. I drove an hour to get my car to this shop and passed many other ones on the way. Even if you live in another part of Utah I highly recommend considering this shop. Thank you guys for the amazing service every time.

Great service and friendly staff. Had a lot of issues with my Subaru and they fixed it all up at a fair price. Forest was my technician and was a great guy. Definitely would recommend.

Outstanding and honest garage. My car died with electrical problems and they had it up and running fast. Excellent communication and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

I had just bought a 2019 wrx and the car started having issues right after I got home. I called them, towed it over, and they had it fixed the same day and for a great price. They also looked over everything else to make sure I was in good standing with the car.

This is the greatest car shop in Provo, especially for Subarus. Kennedy was especially helpful in getting my car back quickly and even stayed late to make sure I had it back before the weekend. They are fast, efficient, fair, good at communicating, and professional.

I'm quite pleased with their service on my Subaru Outback. My repairs were pricey, but the mechanic who helped me, Kent, didn't pressure me into paying for the other, much more pricey repair I had. He was also very approachable and helpful. The facility itself didn't wow me but that's okay, I suppose.

Johnson Family Motors in an excellent place to work with. I needed some help with my Subaru and they were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend talking with them if you need any work done. They were fast and very reasonably priced. There is a 100% chance I will have their mechanics work on my car next time I need any work done.

We recently bought a used 2001 Subaru Legacy from the Johnsons. The car is GREAT! New tires, new head gaskets, new oil, nice and clean, Everything works! Plus it has a 1 year warranty and the price was affordable! You cannot get that from any used car dealership. These guys are the best! Buy with confidence or trust them with your Subaru repairs. I will be a lifelong customer for sure.

Johnson Family Motors were awesome to me. I bought a car from them a couple months ago and I am very satisfied. I bought a car with a rebuilt title so i was a little nervous but he had the history there and the car runs great. No nasty surprises. They were very nice and gave me a great deal. This is a great group guys. They definitely know their Subaru's. I went in and took advantage of their awesome new Fuel System Cleaning. The process took about and hour to complete and they were helpful and friendly throughout that whole time. Made me feel very comfortable with their services. After the fuel system cleaning I was able to see a difference in my MPG. I gained 3 MPG's, which helps, since I commute 100 miles a day in my WRX. I definitely recommend taking your car to these guys for any services you might need.

I’ve taken my car in 3 times, always extremely professional. Never trying to upsell, always asking permission before performing extra tasks that they see need work. Also they are very affordable. I’ll never use another car shop for my subie!
