Great hotel and dog friendly. Lots of places close to eat and it's easy to get in an out of. Very nice room with a mini kitchen, complete with all the utensils/dishes, a dishwasher, fridge, and 2 burner stove top. Everything you need! The free breakfast in the morning was delicious, with lots of options!

This location is great, especially for people visiting the Visa office. It’s just a few minutes walk and then close to a couple different shopping plazas if you need to eat, grab drinks, etc.

The rooms are great and look and feel new. I love having a microwave, full sized fridge, and the option to cook. Typically, if I’m on a work trip I don’t need these items but having the option is always great.

Very warm memories about this place. Front desk was very welcoming, he greeted and treated our dog every time we came back to front desk. The best concierge we ever met :) the breakfast was good with fresh squeezed orange juice. The room was nice and clean.

Loved this place. Breakfast was good including hot and cold options. Complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and professional. Location is great, quiet and safe. Complementary outside parking included. Room includes dishwasher, full fridge, stove and all cooking utensils etc. Bed was comfortable. Would go back.

We stayed 2 nights during the weekend. The hotel has free parking and close to restaurants/shops. The studio was spacious, and it was great to have a full size refrigerator & kitchenette. I was worried about the freeway noise since it was close to the freeway. The receptionist put us in a quiet room which was nice. They had full and hearty buffet breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are clean and well kept. Front desk staff are nice and helpful.

Small note to hotel: Please label the omelets as containing meat (for guests who are vegetarian).

It’s a pretty standard work hotel with all the amenities you need both within the room and the overall hotel. Free daily breakfast is a good spread and the facilities are convenient.

We just finished a 3 week stay at TownePlace Suites. Three years ago we were there for a month. It was so nice to see familiar faces at the front desk. Wendy Stewart is as efficient, positive and helpful as ever. When my husband was under the weather she helped us find an nearby urgent care. And she inquired each day how he was doing. She made us feel valued not only as guests of the hotel but also as friends of the hotel family. We so appreciated her.

Our room had a well equipped kitchen. It had a 2 burner cooktop, nearly full-size refrigerator and apartment sized dishwasher. That fridge came in very handy when our daughter had to reschedule our granddaughter's birthday party and needed to keep the desserts cold for an extra week.

TownePlace Suites is located 5 min from shopping like Target, Safeway, CVS, Home Depot, Costco, Hobby Lobby, etc. There are several eating places walking distance from the hotel as well.

We were more than a little concerned about not only our safety but also of the car. We've heard so much about CA's rising crime statistics and were very relieved to see that Foster City/San Mateo seem to be in a nice little bubble. We felt completely secure the entire time.

Amazing all around. Great daily breakfast with hot food as well as waffle bar. Close to shops, restaurants and amenities. Friendly service and great onsite management by Marina.

The staff is wonderful especially Wendy and Dan they were so welcoming and ready to please all through our stay. Wendy was outstanding and helpful.The hotel is very clean and well maintained the housekeeping staff were great. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with a large selection.

Staff was very courteous, professional and helpful! It was no fuss with no muss which was very much appreciated considering how tired we were from our travels. The room was excellent and loved the mini kitchenette. Definitely needed! Bridgepointe Shopping Center (which has Target, Total Wine, Marshall's, Hobby Lobby, Cost Plus, etc) is right next door so any last minute items that were forgotten could be easily purchased there. We'll DEFINITELY be going back to stay at this property again!

I really like this place especially for work travel. Work space in the room, with a desk you can move around easily, large window, full kitchen that’s updated, clean, kind staff, free breakfast in the morning, target and coffee close, light toiletries in the lobby, etc. Everything is just perfect for a simple work trip with all the stuff you need including a choice of upgraded wifi for video conferencing. I’ll be back.

Excellent stay, very clean and comfortable. Was checked in by Wendy at front desk who went above and beyond to get me in a bit early and made sure I was satisfied with room location and bed type. I had a few requests and Wendy was very patient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, immaculate and good selection. Thanks so much. Really missed going to this hotel. As an airline crew, this was one of the best accommodating hotels we’ve been to. Perfect location, with amazing amenities and best of all, really dedicated and friendly front desk staffs. I often planned my roster just to visit San Francisco at least once a month, just to be here...

Absolutely fantastic! The staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was so much better than your average hotel breakfast. They even had soy milk for us sensitive eaters! Fridge and microwave in every room.

Just stayed for a night. The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was simple but good. Nice atmosphere in the eating room. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body was lotion set they have.

Excellent hospitality. The whole team works really good to assure customers have a good stay. We had to stay in the hotel for almost 20 days. During this period, we talked to several other customers and they are all happy while staying in this hotel.

Clean rooms and high-quality linens sheets. WiFi was easy to use and worked smoothly. Very close to shopping center (target , restaurants).
