Missed out on the January shenanigans 'cause I was out of town, but seriously, her events at the Hudson are the highlight for me. If you're into fun and making new friends, Shiloh's your go-to event guru at the Hudson! 🎉✨

I’m obsessed with going to the free events at the properties. It’s so nice to be able to have things where we live to go to. The food and drinks are always great and Shiloh has the cutest themes. It’s made it so worth it to be there!

What a great experience!! Shiloh is wonderful. She is so creative and wonderful to be around. If you haven’t experienced the talents of Shiloh, please make plans to do so.

Big fan of the Hudson. I decided to write this review because Brayden went out of his way to help me and a friend out when they were visiting from Chicago. Most managers in my experience would have ignored our request, but Brayden went out of his way to make their stay more comfortable. The amenities at the building are ridiculously nice, the extra security measures (multiple keyed entry doors, overnight staffing, enclosed parking) are a huge bonus, and the units are reasonably priced for the area. Very pleased with Soho Hudson after a year of living.

Lux living properties are amazing. Shiloh and Cassidy are by far creating the best environment with not only their events but their friendly faces seen around while working. They both ask me how my family is doing, and all the personal questions because they are actually invested in tenants lives. Big thanks to lux for making all of us feel welcomed by these girls!

The events that Cassidy & Shiloh put on are amazing! They really care about the residents & put on good events for all of us! I look forward to the first or second of each month as I know that will be when that event list drops, reliably. I am a busy resident and I’m so thankful to have two people who are dedicated to ensuring that I enjoy my time in this new city. I intend to stay here for as long as they are throwing events and those two angels are there.thank you!

What I love most about Soho are the events Hosted by Cassidy. I recognize the extra time she spend to ensure she deliver what’s expected for each event. Her cheerfulness and diligence is highly cherished and much treasured.

I enjoy the atmosphere at this apartment. There are always fun and well-planned events, such as pool parties, planned by their event coordinator Cassidy. The lobby and other common areas are always nice and clean.

Loved living at The Hudson! They allowed me a short term lease for my last semester of school. The amenities are great, common areas are always very clean, and the maintenance is always on top of requests! Very pet friendly and close location to Forest Park. Also very safe with access codes needed to get in all doors and garage parking for your car and bike.

Very impressed with these properties! The events are some of the most unique that I’ve seen! I attended the WWE event that Cassidy put on, amazing! She does a great job at executing events & always takes care of the residents.

The Hudson is a good place to live with all the high-end amenities that meet all your needs. The property manager, Brayden, is very friendly, helpful and always available to support for any urgent requests. I've enjoyed my stay so far.

been living at one of their properties for a year now. have enjoyed my tenure and even resigned my lease. love the amenities in the buildings, as well as the planned events for residents from all of their buildings. big shout out to Brayden and Grace for being amazing property managers, always accessible and helpful when needed

I've been living at the Hutcheson Arms building for a year. I highly recommend these apartments because of the property manager Asia Davis. She is very responsive and her professionalism is excellent. Whenever we have an issue regarding maintenance such as plumbing or electrical, we can definitely rely on Asia. She always makes sure the problem is resolved at the earliest.

We were looking for an apartment for our daughter who just recently moved to St. Louis. The building is stunning and full of incredible amenities! Its truly a luxurious apartment. Brayden gave us a wonderful tour and was informational, personable and professional! Thanks, Brayden!

This company creates the best apartment buildings in St. Louis! If you are looking for unique luxury apartment buildings, with out of this would amenities this is the place! Check out Hudson, Chelsea, SoHo or the new Mackenzie for lux apartments!

Moved in here not too long ago, but working with Brayden has been really really nice. Community of people are kind too. Definitely enjoy living here so far!
