They always seem short of help in the grocery part. The over weight girl in Seafood has little patience, rude and I was the only customer there. She also had very short answers.
DELI-Mary is great. She keeps it moving. Other allow other employees that worth within THE STORE to come behind the counter and gossip. The service SLOWS UP. This was the older lady that work evenings.

Whitney!!!! She is the best. Her customer service was amazing! She went above and beyond for me. I needed the large cans of green beans for the holidays (feeding the homeless) I had all that were on the shelves in my cart, and she was able to assist me with other items that were more cost efficient for what I needed. She was knowledgeable of the sale items and the schnucks items and what was in stock. She went back to get the large cans, which helped me with my overall purchase. Her willingness to help me is the reason I am giving 5 stars. Even while checking me out she could have rushed me through, or sighed and showed that I was getting on her nerves. She continued working with me with the same consistent demeanor. She is a valuable asset to the store and a testament that excellent customer service does still exist! (Cashier)

This is a very busy place and always has fresh produce, a beautiful over stuffed floral department. Park safely. Very convenient.

Schnucks is my go-to supermarket for everything, and it has not disappointed so far. The staff is polite and helpful, and the outlet always has fresh products at reasonable prices.

Mary is a florist at this store and I must say she is SO AMAZING! I came in picked out a few boquets of flowers i was planning to throw together for my best friends birthday, Mary asked if I wanted her to put them together in a vase for me and I gladly accepted her offer. She looked at what i had picked out and said this is going to be a massive boquet(if i would have paid for what i picked i was looking at $60 without the vase). She picked out just a few things from around the department and made the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. What really makes her so great is all the extra time and attention she took making sure i loved every piece she put in. Mary was the only person working in her department, she was fairly new, i came in about 5 minutes after they brought her weekly shipment in and just left everything right in her workspace so she had NO room to work in and to top it all off she had a couple of pretty demanding customers walk in and place a huge order they needed filled right then. She never stopped smiling and doing whatever she could to help me. I really appreciate her excellent customer service especially considering she could've just let me buy what i had and gone on with her very busy day. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH MARY! 😁

Im in and out several times a day doing Instacart and have never had any issues shopping here! Employees are usually pretty professional + friendly
Just really needs more employees bcz the checkout lines can get kinda long . Some days are better than others but Sundays the lines are usually long.

Biggest grocery store in the Central West End neighbourhood. Lots of stuffs Bakery, fruits, vegetables, cereals, grains, wine, beer, poultry.

The people there seem to take plenty of pride in their work. It shows in their customer service.

The managers lead by example also. Tom blew up balloons and jumped in where he was needed. Everyone there seemed to have that same attitude. Keep up the great work!

Medium size grocery store with all essentials,staff were very attentive and helpful, ample amount of parking space in front

Really dig the "English muffin" (from her Benedict), it has a crispy, corn type experience that I really appreciate.
Fruit was Unexpectedly ripe for February ... & Plentiful. 😁
The sandwich was surprisingly filling, great bacon, avocado, (could use more creamchz though)
