It's open 24 hours and you will never have a problem unless you ask for help. So know what you want and where it's located.They ain't going beyond their pay to help with nothing and I don't blame them.

Just came from this amazing WALGREENS store. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience!! Staff was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The store was clean and organized. Pharmacy was extremely well organized. We were able to get our first vaccine from the technician. He was thorough, gentle, experienced. Didn’t even feel the shot. Second dose scheduled!!
I bought some healthcare items. The Cashiers were pleasant, helpful and caring.

TLDR: excellent customer service by pharmacy staff on the phone. She was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. Also, the wait time on the phone was quicker than 2 other locations that I called.

Spoke to staffs at 3 Walgreens over the phone due to not getting answers or asked to call a different location. Finally got all my answers about the COVID PCR test and the flu shot. The pharmacy staff was very patient and helpful!

I took two children to get covid tests. The pharmacy staff member was very helpful. She gave very precise directions and waited at the drive up window the entire time. She was very nice.

I am very surprised by some of the reviews here. I started coming to this Walgreens after moving to the area. I had to fill a prescription but didn't have insurance. Pharmacist that helped me was very understanding and helpful. It makes such a huge difference meeting people that truly care. I had a great experience there.

The pharmacy took the time to call me back to the store when they realized that a name change had caused confusion in my records. As a result, I got the refill I needed and I did not have to waste time hassling the next day. I appreciate the extra effort even after I had left the store. Thanks Charlette!

This Walgreens is in the central West End on a typical day it's not crowded but expect to see a lot of people in line at checkout

The pharmacist guy was very nice and helpful. Great service and super fast. He even gave me info about Covid Vaccin
