My wife and I both see Dr. Rennirt and have been very pleased with the attention to detail, beside manner and the professionalism from the staff. Dr. Rennirt is the first doctor that has actually taken the time to listen to my concerns without being rushed to see other patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Rennirt.

Dr. Rennirt and staff have always served our needs in a first class manner. She takes time with you, reviewing not only medical information but is genuinely concerned about you, the whole person. My wife and I have been going to her for years now. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Rennirt for her knowledge, experience and professionalism. In addition, Kelly and the rest of the staff are tops as well!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Rennirt for 15 years and have always received the best of care in a logical and common sense delivery wrapped in a warm smile. She’s smart, reads both the data as well as the soft side of what’s going along well or not in your life. She takes the time to listen and myself having three sisters and a father as doctors…. I know this is tough in the age of electronic records. She could be carrying a bag and going house to house in another age. I strongly recommend do you see Dr. Diane Rennirt. She was recommended to me by a colleague at Yum 15 years ago And has been my only doctor other than my family since that time.

I've have had Dr. Rennirt as my Internist for the past 10 years and I love her. Always listening with care and compassion and all treatments are right on. Thank you for all you do.

Great staff

I was with her for >10 years. She was tolerable because I did not want to look for another Dr. Well it came back to bite me in the arnse. She decided to do concierge, and I really can't afford to pay $100 a month plus whatever else she's going to charge. I'm not sure that she'd even be worth my time right now. Good luck to her and her new business.

Wow. My appt in the app says 2... Apparently I had to be here at 1:30. I can't see the Dr cause I'm 15 minutes "late". Their policy is to not reschedule when a new patient is late.

They did call to remind me of my appointment, but they didn't stress that I had to be here a half hour early.

If they made an appt for 2, and if the app is going to reflect that time then they should honor that time

The young lady at the desk was very nice. But...

Waited 3 months for new patient appointment. Basically her way or the highway. I chose the highway. I am paying her for a service and I choose to find a doctor with more compassion and understanding. Her opinion differed from five other doctors drastically but she was adamant she was right.

Went to Dr. Rinehart’s office made an appointment to get a sliver out of my hand that I wasn’t able to get out I walked into her office she came in and said I don’t do that you’ll have to go to a hand surgeon I said OK I left the office and now she’s charge me $40. I recently had a stroke and when I told that story to three of the physicians that were taking care of me all three shook their head they couldn’t believe that she couldn’t take out a simple sliver. Let alone charging me $40 for the time she spent all of three minutes

I'm leaving this practice. Policies and procedures here are completely different from any other that I've experienced...and these are NOT patient friendly. The people in the front office claimed these are set by Kentucky One Health. If that's true, then thankfully, I can choose to go elsewhere. I gave this practice several chances but it was always the same. I understand the practices of business but there seems to be a discrepancy between business and human health care.
