Great experience shopping for supportive shoes! I was nervous to visit, as I am not a fitness enthusiast or runner or anything, I just need comfortable shoes and was tired of wasting money on pairs that didn't last. Suzanne greeted us when we arrived and made sure we got signed in. We only waited about 5 minutes before our name was called. Suzanne then walked us through all the options and got us started on our digital assessment. The tools they have in store to measure your stride, arches, pressure points, etc. are so helpful. I tried on several pairs of shoes and found one that I loved. Suzanne reminded me of the generous return policy and encouraged me to wear them a lot before making up my mind. I love my shoes and will definitely be going back to Fleet Feet!

Erin was truly amazing she helped me as soon as I walked into the store. She showed me my scans and walked me through the whole process and explained my feet better then I could! She got me different shoes and different styles and explained the difference! I walked away walking on clouds! 10/10 recommend!!

Our shoe scan and fitting was exceptional! We were throughly explained the scan in terms that were understandable and clear. MJ was able to explain how the scan was going to provide the metric needed to find the best fitting shoe for our needs. She definitely knows the process and shoes well! The service and value were wonderful. The entire experience was quick and easy, taking less than an hour.

They have great customer service. Had a associate recommend some shoes I tried them out at work, for about a week, but I couldn't wait to take them off after work. I brought them back the following Saturday and they were so nice and kind about taking them back and recommending a wider shoe now my feet feel great.

Great customer service. I always learn things I didn't know I needed to learn when I come in for a new pair of shoes. Great staff and well worth the stop over going to a big box store. Their employees are always very knowledgeable and are great at giving you options for the type of running/walking/hiking or activity it is that you are doing.

My doctor recommended FF because I knee replacement surgery and was having some shin issues from returning to exercise regimen. Sam greeted me with a smile. He was knowledgeable and was able to do an analysis, try on shoes and buy them all within 40 minutes. Great place. Can’t wait to enjoy my new shoes.

Great experience from start to finish. Booked an appointment online, showed up a few minutes early and there was enough staff to accommodate all the customers in the store, including myself. Patrick was extremely helpful and knowledgable of all the shoe brands, and very personable. I ended up with the best pair of Asics that are perfect for the way that I run slightly more on the balls of my feet. Check out was quick and smooth. Will definitely be returning.

Fleet Feet stands behind their products!! I bought my 3rd pair of Hokas from Fleet Feet. Never had a problem before but the rubber on the sole of one shoe came loose. Fleet feet replaced them same day, no problem, quick friendly service. My husband and I only buy shoes from this store. Great customer service!!

Customer service at Fleet feet is phenomenal. I’ve always shopped at big box shoe stores but at fleet feet, if you aren’t satisfied, they give you 60 days to exchange for any reason.
With good shoe prices being expensive , this makes me less reluctant to get something that I want. Also , the staff is more educated on what shoe is right for me.
Erin, the manager , helped me and was incredibly patient and nice.

What a great experience. I was hesitant to get fitted for running apes because of a bad experience at another running store. However, if you’re looking for shoes, please go here.

The service was top notch. MJ was super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job finding me the perfect running shoes. I can’t wait to have an excuse to stop in again.

Absolutely had the best fitting for shoes, the staff here are amazing and made me feel right at home. I recently moved here, and now they have a customer for every pair of running shoes I get. I cannot recommend this Fleet Feet enough!

Eli was kind and efficient in helping my find my new shoes! I had my step reevaluated for the first time in a few years. Eli made sure I tried a few different styles to make sure I made the right choice. In the end, I purchased the same shoe I have purchased in the past but left feeling reassured it was the best for me.

Suzanne was highly knowledgeable and used the feet scanning technology along with her innate knowledge about the products to get me in the right shoe for me. I’ve been a runner for years but hadn’t been fitted in several years and I’m happy with my new shoes and my choice to go to Fleet Feet

I have turned in to one of those people who rely on ordering several pairs of shoes online to try at home, never really knowing until I’ve worn them that I don’t love them or they don’t work properly for me — this is largely due to being hounded or oversold when I visit shoe stores. I have always felt like I was being sold something for the sake of being sold and not getting what I really want. At fleet feet, not only is the entire staff attentive (every time I’ve visited, I’ve been acknowledged within minutes of stepping in) they’re knowledgeable and have the technology to really find the best fit. Jesse took me through the fit ID process, scanning my feet, walked me through all of the information, and then brought out 5 different shoes for me to try. All of them were great — I found it hard to choose. We took it a step further with inserts and wow, game changer. I really felt like I learned about my feet and what I can do to alleviate pain I’ve had due to wearing the same shoes for everything / not having the right shoes for my feet. I left with inserts and two pair of shoes. I won’t even be sad when these next pair are worn out, I’ll look forward to the shopping experience because of fleet feet. 100% recommend going in and letting them advise you.
