Covington Honda

Took my ‘22 Pathfinder in for oil change, routine inspection and new tires. As usual, the service at Covington Nissan was exceptional. Timely, attentive service from the team there. Anthony in the service department is an exceptional advisor and should be recognized for all he does for that department.

The car was taken immediately at the appointment time.
The coffee was good.
The bill reflected the discount pricing and the were clear descriptions of items for during the courtesy inspection that required attention. No pressure to do them immediately.
I will be back for the additional work.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and did my oil change in a timely manner.

Could not get me in at my scheduled appointment time - they were quite backed up. So, my vehicle service was performed at no expense. A bold and appreciated gesture. Of course they’ll see me again when it’s time for my next service.

My mechanical problem was handled with a high degree of professionalism. It is nice to be valued as a customer.

I had a very good, easy, comfortable car purchase experience with Crystal at Covington Honda and Nissan. I bought a new Honda CR-V hybrid sport that I couldn’t find anywhere near where I live some hours from Covington. I really like the Honda. I also wanted to test drive a RAV4 Prime but never found one anywhere nearby. At Covington both Crystal and Midnight made the hours there quite tolerable. I’d recommend this dealer and salesperson.

I was traveling from out of town. I had a problem with my car on the way to Covington. The service people took it in when we arrived and diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes and were able to fix the problem in about 2.5 hours, just as advertised. Thanks for making the trip much better for me!!

Great experience! Love my Hondas! My husband and I were looking for a newer CRV after driving the same one for 9 years. Chris Wallace was so helpful. He answered all our questions about the 2015 CRV we ended up purchasing. If you are looking for a Honda, I recommend Chris as the man who can help you. All we had to do was sign the papers. The financial department takes care of calling your insurance company and finding a bank with the best rates.

I bought my 2022 Nissan Rogue at Covington Honda and was excited about all the things they tag onto purchasing from them. I had my first oil change and tire rotation with them and the quality of customer service and speed was beyond anything I could have imagined. Everyone was super nice and they even cleaned up my car for me.

We were traveling through Virginia on vacation and needed emergency service. Anthony in the service department told me on the phone to come in, and they’d take a look. As soon as we got there, they started working on our van and got us back on the road in an hour. Our dog was with us, and a sales associate invited us all inside on a hot afternoon to wait. We are very thankful for the quick service and kindness!
