Quality Inn

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Inn and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed and plush pillows ensured a restful night's sleep, while the modern amenities provided everything I needed for a convenient stay. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always available to assist with any requests or inquiries, and their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

I worked for this company years ago! Yes a lot has changed but the owners are amazing people and the manager was a great person. Things may have changed unfortunately but rest assured the owners will make sure that things are fixed and changed,to meet everyone's needs and expectations.I would go back to work in a heartbeat for this company all because they are great people. Just trust me things are changing and they will make sure that everyone will be satisfied.

Staff is very very friendly I'm from Lexington South Carolina and the staff here has made me feel more then welcomed also they have hot breakfast they have waffles

Really recommend to stay under new management now .. I had stayed earlier this place but this time trip was worth it.

Symeka at the front desk is a Saint! Give her a raise. She really makes sure everyone is happy. The rooms are OK. The location is close to several attractions before continuing on your journey.

We left home at 4pm headed for N.C. to do Christmas with our kids and as we pulled out it began to snow. Before we got 45 minutes down the road cars were in ditches! I had booked our hotel just the other side of the Turnpike in Wytheville V.A. which usually takes us a little over 4 hours to travel. I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and jacuzzi and wanted to relax that evening after traveling. By the time we hit the Turnpike it was dark and the snow was deep and deadly. It was very slow going and a lady from the hotel called to check on us because we were late arriving. I told her why and she was genuinely concerned and assured me they would hold our room. She called 2 more times worried about our safety. We got 35 miles from our hotel and had to sit for 2 hours due to an accident. We finally arrived at 1am. Very tired and very stressed. There was another girl on duty by now but she knew immediately who we were and was very empathetic to our situation and offered us each a goodie bag with snacks and water, which were much appreciated. I explained how I had wanted to enjoy the pool and she told me if I came down in the morning she would open it early for me to use before we got on the road and that's just what we did and it was great! The room was very comfortable, clean and updated, the breakfast was yummy and the service was best in class! I highly recommend this establishment, we most definitely will be staying there again!!!

Super friendly staff. When the pizza delivery forgot my soda she even offered me her own drink from her private stash. They have Truck parking....lighting quick check in. Clean soft beds. Excellent shower pressure with never ending hot water.

Great place, clean, in the middle of remodel, the air wasn't working great in our room, they moved us and gave us a fan to help get the air flowing faster in the new room... Will definitely come here again if on town! Thank you management morning and night for being so helpful making our stay pleasant😁

The staff was really great. Made great 2 great food recommendations which were just what I wanted for my 1st dinner and lunch the next day!

We were riding the MABDR on bare street legal dirt bikes and stayed. Rooms were ok but when we needed dinner, nothing was open that served beer except 2.5 miles away. We never want to ride after drinking and that was a bit far to walk so we tryed Uber. And Lyft. No rides. Then we asked at the desk if there was a taxi and the General Nanager said no. Then she called a couple friends who took the four of us and an hour later picked us up. I wish I coukd remember her name. She was outstanding.

Was a bit hesitant as it's an outside entry, older looking hotel- but it was so late and we were so tired that we were desperate. So pleasantly surprised!!! Super clean, fabulous beds & pillows, great coffee i the AM too!

Clean rooms and bathroom. Great mattress and pillows. Very friendly staff. I'll come back and stay with them again. Rooms are a little small but that was not a problem.

My daughter was stranded 7 hours from home and everyone took care of her like she was their own...so very grateful. Thank you

Crystal the hotel manager was super friendly and helpful. The room was also clean and very nice for the money I would highly recommend starting here.

The staff at the desk was extremely nice and did everything they could to meet our needs the manager even took her time to come to the hotel even it was 11:00 pm to meet our needs what a great staff they have here definitely recommend to everyone with much respect the crazy ones and the rooms are very clean and and up to date
