On the way back home from our honeymoon my car broke down. I was able to get to a mechanic to check it out and long story short it looked like a better option to buy a car to get home. I went to another dealer in Covington who beat around the bush for four hours knowing my situation and that we were stranded. They told me they couldn’t work anything out and I left very frustrated. I went straight to Magic City after that and was met with a professional, friendly team who understood the urgency of my situation. I was six hours away from home with no car. The salesman Ron, immediately went to work and helped me find my options. They stayed after closing and even had Wendy from their other location working on my case. Ron, Wendy, and Jason got me in a very nice car and headed home in around 3 hours. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for their diligence and care. Would recommend.

Service Advisor Cody Marshall is the best!!! While traveling through Virginia on a long road trip, our Chrysler 300 broke down. We had it towed to Magic City Chrysler Dodge but the tow truck only had room for me and my mother. Once the car was dropped at Magic City, Cody graciously went back and picked up my sister. The service technicians determined that it was only a rear wheel sensor that needed to be replaced. The part was ordered but would not be in until the next day. Cody set us up with a rental car and arranged for us to be able to pick up our car on Saturday. I can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service!!!

My experiences at Magic city have been nothing but above and beyond great! My Jeep was towed to Greenbrier Motors, and it was there for 2 weeks with nothing being done to it except coolant put in it, I was told that it had a leak somewhere, and they had to wait for a bay to fix the issue. I had my jeep towed to Magic City and within less than a weeks' time, my problems were solved, and my jeep was returned to me completely fixed! Best service ever! I was also given a loaner car until the repairs were done! While at Greenbrier Motors, I had to get a rental car, pay for it myself, as well as pay a deposit. Never again will I ever use their service. If you need great service, Magic City is the place to go!!

Replaced radio. Programs working fine. Need to figure out how to get my phone connected.

While traveling from Missouri on vacation I had a front braking warning light to come on. When this light activated it cut off my cruise control system.
I called while on the road. Magic City instructed me to bring it by and they would fit me in to diagnose the problem. About 2 hours later, they had diagnosed, repaired, and test drove my vehicle to make sure all was well.
I must say, we had a great vacation thanks to the quick and kind staff at Magic City.

That having been said, your roadside service leaves a lot to be desired. The guy who did the actual tow was wonderful, everything on phone before him, not so much.l understand that this service is not the Dealers responsibility! Dealer class “A”!!!

We had car trouble on our way home to Missouri from Virginia Beach and after our second tow arrived in Covington at Magic City with Emily, Andy, and Dakota. They were incredibly awesome and did a thorough check on our car fixing all the issues so we could travel home safely. Great website and great looking vehicles but I will be spending my money in Virginia!
