Cannot recommend this place enough! Stan and Sean were the absolute BEST! They were very nice and reassured me that I would get a car. They came through, and got me in a nice vehicle even though I don’t have the best credit! Sean was hilarious and Stan the man was very warm and personable. The manager was very knowledgeable about the Nissan that I got. They even made sure that the car was shinning and ready to go! 5 STARS, 10/10 experience! These Guys make a great team!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! From the moment I called for a simple inquiry to walking out with keys in hand, there was phenomenal customer service. I found Basic Auto here on Google and the review led me to give them a try. That was a year ago, and through no fault of theirs ( my partner and I decided to wait) I did not purchase a vehicle. Like so many other people My credit isn’t anywhere near perfect and I didn’t have thousands to put down as a down payment. Scott and Damien worked diligently to not only find us financing and a vehicle but also kept us in the loop the entire process. They were transparent about everything and every step. I have always had bad experiences when it came to buying cars off of a lot. I had been trying to get a car for a long time and hadn’t had any luck whatsoever. I bought my car a couple of years ago from Car America. It served it’s purpose but it wasn’t me. Scott has always kept in touch with me and called me a couple of months ago to ask how things were going with my Ford fusion. I told him that the car was fine but I was not happy with it. It was an impulse buy. He asked what would make me happy and I said please find me another Mustang. A few months went by and I received a text from him that said “elephants never forget”. He sent me a link to a beautiful 2017 Ford mustang GT. He said do you like this? I said I love it. Long story short, everything was done in a very timely fashion and I picked up my new ride today. Corey was absolutely wonderful.He accompanied me on my test drive and that’s all it took. The paperwork flow went very well, quick and easy.
