Kroger

I think Kroger is probably the best if not one of the best grocery stores in rva! There meats are definitely better then the rest of the grocery stores around. I like the fact u can get anything from sushi, hot meals, to deli meat all in one grocery store. Excellent selection of cheeses! Produce and meat department is excellent! Sea food is great as well here! U can even buy nice clothing and kitchen appliances here! Kroger really did cover a lot of bases! Definitely my favorite grocery store

I love going to Kroger. The associates are very nice and helpful as well as professional. Even the customers are nicer than other stores I've visited. I've never had any issues with them. I love their stores. They carry products from no other store outside of their Kroger chain that is unique and new. I definitely recommend that people at least visit to see what I've always seen. They're a bit on the expensive side but it's worth it. The finds are AAAAAmazing! Can't stress that enough!

love this kroger always have a good time- just wanted to ask if you could please stop pre-slicing the bakery bread? the whole appeal of grabbing a la brea loaf is being able to hock off your own slab. Its kind of ruined when you preslice it into those paper thin slices ): other than that love your store everyone is always so nice and helpful.

I ordered a cake online and when I came in they did not have it because their online cake order process is not ideal. I was really upset and frustrated. They are short staffed but Sabrina helped us out even though she’s the only one working the bakery and the manager Phillip was also really helpful and empathetic. I definitely had an attitude and they were both nice and helpful the entire time! The situation was handled very professionally

I was looking for markers and a pencil sharpener. I was able to find it, but it was a little different than the layout of the Kroger I am used to so it took me some extra time to find it. Used self checkout. Nothing out of sorts, standard grocery store.

Kroger Willow Lawn gas station rocked it during today’s gas run- orderly lines directed by a Henrico officer and several calm, cool, collected employees got traffic filed into a single line and expedited cars to open pumps. Really seamless and I was in and out in 10 minutes, plus I got my Kroger fuel points discount! Very impressed by how efficiently the staff handled a very stressful and out of the ordinary situation!

Oh my Gosh , they have so many things that are so wonderful and worth the walk and they have the missing things from my diet I needed. So very thankful regarding the wonderful caring service they provide, always so friendly . I'm a life long shopper of Krogers . So thankful that Virginians keeps that chain open too, my frequent stores open So very friendly to people with a very tight budget with Wonderful customer service. Very tasty item and like my other store great heads up on new items coming out that you are sure to afford and enjoy!!

Kroger puts good value and variety together for a very good grocery stop. This store is busy with several nearby stores closed, but is still on top of things. Free Friday item with your loyalty card and gas points are ok perks. Many Kroger brand item are good so you can save vs brand names.

A great Kroger. Store is always so clean. All of the staff is friendly they always smiling beat you even the people that work in the back of the store. Great selection the shells always well stocked. I never find any items with expired dates.

Kroger is a very good grocery store. They have almost everything. Never is full of eople and you can always get fresh food and vegetables.
You can also use the delivery option or the pickup option.
They have nice flowers too. With very nice prices.
Another wonderful thing is that with your buy, you get Kroger points, and you can use them in the Kroger gas station, then you can get a lower price per galon.
I like Kroger, now they are not receiving your bags because the virus, but they give to you some paper bags for your products

Clean, efficient, has just about everything you need. Even speacilty food items related to specific dietary needs or preferences. Absolutely love the deli department and the way that you can take home cold items and simply warm them back up. I was even able to find affordable resturaunt quality gourmet meats there. So worthy the trip. I'm never dissapointed.

Came here to pick up some groceries for the week. All around enjoyable experience and would definitely return. They have a great deli selection and always have savings with your Kroger membership.

The best Kroger I've been to! Food always smells great, store is clean well stocked, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. They are defiantly a model to what the other Kroger's should follow.

The Richmond Kroger is a lot like every other grocery store I've ever been to. So I think you know what to expect.

Ps. They have lots of items ready to eat great stop for lunch.

This location is easy to access. It has all kinds of good food. The prices aren't so expensive. Sometimes you can find good deals for kroger cardholders. There is a kroger gas station right in front of store so you can spend your reward there.
