Breakout Games - Richmond

It was a family affair. Our family, a group of 8, participated in the Casino game, which was a blast. We ended up breaking the record for escape time!

The concept is simple. There is one goal: escape the room in under 1 hour. You'll solve puzzles, crack codes, find hidden items, and more in order to escape. It was thrilling and nail bitting at the same time.

Great experience and awesome bonding time. The staff and our game master was fantastic.

We had such a great time in the Operation Casino at Breakout Games. We brought friends and family. Zachary was so helpful with the hints that we needed. He was friendly and didn’t make us feel bad for needing hints. We Loved the experience. Would definitely recommend.l for a date night or to hang out with friends or family. Great for all ages.

Our party of 4 had the absolute BEST time tonight! Dylan (I hope I’m spelling it right- the manager on duty that night) was delightful and very informative as soon as we got inside! Claire was an AWESOME game master and gave us the most creative hints every time we were stuck. She was very enthusiastic and made the escape that much more exciting!!

We did the Mystery Mansion and Claire was our game master. I brought my friends and family and we loved our game master and had lots of fun. Would love to come back at a future date. he was helpful when we needed it. This is also a great location for date night and great place to bring your friend and/or family, and loved ones.

Oh my goodness, this place was so. much. fun! I have been to other Escape rooms and they were certainly not as fun. The best part? The game master Nishira! She explained everything in the most helpful way possible. Completely non-judgmental, answered hints in a way that still challenged us, and generally made us have fun.

We are going back to do another this week! Here’s hoping our game master is Nishira!

LOVE LOVE LOVED the mystery mansion escape room. Zachary offered gorgeous hints throughout the game. I plan on coming back to bring more family and friends to join in on the fun! My heart skipped a beat when things would open or when we found secret doors. Will be back again! What a great anniversary date night.

Our game master Brady was awesome. He was quick with responses anytime we needed clues. We may not have been able to solve the room in time but we had a blast none the less. I definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our experience at Breakout. Claire was super nice and helpful. She was attentive during the whole game. Best kidnapping experience! Only thing that could have made it better would have been candy hearts.

Playing Mystery Mansion with Claire as our game master was incredibly fun. My friends and I had a great time and are already looking forward to coming back for another game night, whether it’s for a date or family gathering.

This was great! The mystery mansion was the most challenging but most enjoyable room I’ve done. Zach was an amazing game master. I would love to have him again. I will definitely be coming back!

First time doing an escape room and didn't know what to expect. That was a challenge but fun. Brady was our Gamemaster for Do Not Disturb and he was great, had a good sense of humor. We had to get several hints but thankfully he was helpful and we made it out with just over a minute to spare.

We LOVE Zach so much! He’s a sweetheart! We did Mystery Mansion and my heart nearly beat out of my chest from the spooky dark atmosphere. The puzzles were difficult but not impossible. It wasn’t like taking candy from a baby, which I appreciated. Came here with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary and Valentine’s Day and we had a lovely time. I would love to bring my friends and family here!

This was my first time playing an escape room period and it was amazing! Clair was an amazing game master and I loved the close she game me! I would definitely do it again.

Our gamemaster was Claire. She did a great job setting it up. Gave us hints whenever and was super friendly. Aside from that it was super fun, we did the Kidnapping one. Most definitely coming back for Kidnapping 2 and Mystery Mansion. Highly Recommended.

Zach was a great helped. We had a blast in the Mystery Mansion, makes you think! Can't wait to go back soon.

Our group finished the bomb-squad room in a little less than an hour, which we never would have managed without our game master Madeline! The puzzles were challenging and fun, and Madeline was very accommodating to the little ones in our group (who were more interested in playing with the cat than they were at solving puzzles 🤣🤣🤣 LOL!!) They were our own personal mother hen!!! All the ladies we encountered there all so kind and enthusiastic, 10/10 WILL be coming back!!

My wife and I have done numerous escape rooms. Breakout is such a good place for beginners to escape rooms and people with experience. We did bomb squad and had an absolute blast. Brady was super helpful when we needed some assistance. Please go out of your way to come see these awesome people. Especially Brady !!

Scheduled a room with a group of friends. Puzzles were definitely challenging but very engaging. Our game master Amanda did a wonderful job prepping us for the room and gave us insightful hints to guide us towards the resolution when we asked. She was very friendly and energetic about the mystery mansion. We all had a great time and highly recommend. Thanks again to Amanda for creating a friendly and fun environment!

Zach was amazing!! This was so fun! The family really enjoyed this mission. Great little get together for the holiday. Telling all my friends. Teamwork makes the dream work!
