Your employees are very friendly. I prefer shopping at the store versus ordering from Amazon online even though the pricing is about the same. If you work from home, it's nice to be greeted by a friendly face.

I went in to staples believing my laptop to be broken beyond repair, I went to the tech desk to have the damage evaluated so that I could maybe sell the parts. The young woman, Aalayah, promptly and politely answered all of my questions and provided answers to questions I had before I could ask them. When she opened up my laptop she found that the motherboard was not completely fried and that all of the parts were still working. I am very greatful to Aalayah for providing me with service that truly went above and beyond.

This Staples always has my products in stock. The gentleman at the cash was very helpful and even saved me money with a coupon I didn't know existed on the app.

The staff at my Staples, (Willow Lawn, Richmond, Va) are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to do everything they can, which is so refreshing in these times when most places are understaffed and most staff overworked. I cannot recommend them more.

The price is very reasonable, $15 for Bluetooth earbuds, especially considering I've lived through over 800% inflation.

(More recently, I was looking for a 2TB external drive, to use as an off-site backup, in a trade with a good friend. I was told the drive I wanted was out of stock, but as I don't need USB-C connectivity with it, the computer tech staff member suggested the less expensive slightly older model, which meets all my needs at least as well. It even came with its own warranty. 2 terabytes for $70. That's way less than I thought I'd have to pay.

Management was very help and kind. Stressful days are easier with kind people.

I had a few things to shred and I was in the area so I stopped in. Scott told me that because I had less than five pounds to shred, if I downloaded the app it would be free. I was in and out within 5 minutes, including account sign up! If I ever need to shred more stuff, it’ll be here.

I have been here quite a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. Some of their things are a bit pricey, but this review is mainly about the service! I was getting ready for an event happening this Saturday and decided to make some copies today at Staples. I wish I remembered her name, but the lady who helped me at the copy station was very nice and accommodating especially when I was being wishywashy. The copier must've gotten jammed but the man working there was also helpful!

I love this Staples location - they are ALWAYS helpful!
The staff are courteous and polite and when I can't find something, they go "above and beyond the call of duty" to help find the product. They also give me good advice and guidance when I am purchasing something major like a computer to fit the needs of our office. When something doesn't work out, they are helpful in either getting it repaired or finding another product.
Actually, I can't say enough good things about this Staples location from the Manager Sonny to the clerk at the desk.
