Hands down my favorite branch in Worcester. Always great service and got food.

They didn't ask if I wanted apples in my happy meal. Which I did. I have been in the drive thru now for 8 minutes. Very slow. Unimpressed. However the cashier was cheery

Hands down, this McDonald's has to be best in a 50 mile radius. The staffing professional and the place is always clean. Kudos 👏 to the manager and staff.

Don't tell anyone how easy it is to get fast food with the app. Let them wait in line like they did in olden days. 😁

I'm giving this 5 stars and will explain why.
We all know fast food is terrible for us and that the quality isn't going to be that great. So in doing this review I'm taking that into consideration. This particular place seems to have good management/team leaders who keep employees working diligently. I say this because I actually got not only speedy service for once from a McDonald's but also got exactly what I wanted (minus a tiny equal price error of large instead of medium-no complaints there). I even over heard the girl giving me my order say to someone in the background "I didn't argue" which told me they also preach customer service. It's not easy working in the food industry. Many customers can be very nasty. I appreciated that the small mistake the order taker made was corrected quickly and that I wasn't argued with.
I live closer to the Auburn McDonald's which is terrible on service and order accuracy... that being said coming to this place and having my order correct with speedy service made me very pleased.
Whoever is over there managing and hiring, please do speak to the Auburn one. They could learn a thing or two from you! Good job! :D

Most reliable fast food in the area. It's also very clean and welcoming. The last few times I've went in the staff there was very helpful and usually I did not have any issues with my orders.

We ordered from Uber eats and the order came totally wrong. My boyfriend and I were upset and drove there to get it fixed. When we got there the manager told us he would fix it right away. We waited a few min, and the manager brought our food out. When we got home we opened the bags and there was our food plus a TON more. Drinks, fries, extra burgers, extra nuggets! These guys really made a bad experience a really great one so thank you!

Love Mickey D's iced coffee...can't beat the price and I've yet to meet a rude employee!!

Was really amazing for a McDonalds. The staff worked flawlessly as one unit. Staff conversations you could not hear in dining area. Dining area was clean.

I had made a comment to the manager on how well He and his team we working.

My experience was awesome. All of my food was warm. They got my order completely right. And it came out faster than I expected.

McDonalds' are usually pretty standard in how they are run/service. Despite that, this place does things different enough to make it consistently stand out as having very quick service and everyone there seems super friendly... it's hard to explain but this place just feels better.

This place was very nice. The decor is very upscale and the food was delicious. The staff was also very nice. The first time I visited it was for takeout and on the way out I dropped all my food in the parking lot and they remade my whole order free of charge. I definitely recommend.

I like McDonald's coffee. Easy to order, easy to pay and receive the order. This store still has its arches which is nice. Near the intersection of US 20, RT 146, and I 90 (Mass Pike) so a busy location. A Mass EZ Pass (EZ Drive) office is near by.

Very very nice, kind, respectful, responsible staff in this Mac. Highly recommended
