Dollar Tree

I looked for a good while, with no luck,on the dollar tree company website for a place to praise associates. I had to take the time to write a review for manager Ali at store #2522.
Ali makes my day every time I shop at Dollar Tree. She has a very warm rapport with everyone she comes in contact with. She
follows up with patrons to ensure no one feels forgotten or lost. She clearly enjoys the “people” aspect of her position.
She consistently greets me with a smile and a friendly hello. She has become my “go to gal” because she knows where everything is, knows how to expedite every transaction, is the fastest cashier and excels at providing top quality service to even the most difficult customers. She often skips her state mandated break to ensure customers are taken care of by opening another register when the line gets even remotely long. She is the only associate/manager that I've seen ask for assistance when it's warranted. I have become a loyal customer solely because of Ali's hardworking self. I'm certain that she can be thanked for the high rate of repeat business.
This is an extremely trying time for all of us which is why it's important to support one another. Ali has skillfully managed these challenges and I will find an executive to relay this to. Way to go Ali!

This review is for the CASHIER KATIE who handled a tough situation. A customer was completely berating her, accusing her that she was lying about the card declining and then asking why. Of course Katie wasn’t going to be rude and say “you have no money” so she just said she wasn’t sure. She turned around the monitor to show her that it declined. This woman then went on to say how “rude” she was to her and “no wonder why no one can find any help”. Katie said she could speak with her manager if she would like. Katie handled this Karen with grace. Everyone in line was getting so upset that this Karen was being so rude. Kiddos to Katie!!!!

I love going to this dollar tree! The store has plenty of hand sanitizer, cleaning products , disinfectant spray! Masks, antibacterial soap! It's easy to spend $50 dollars in this store compared if I was to go elsewere it would probably cost me $100..

Store has a clean simple layout, prices are $1 unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that you do get what you pay for so be cautious of what you buy. I just go if I have a candy hankering.

The cashier Katie was wonderful and very helpful. I was waiting in line and she was helping someone with balloons when the manager came by and yelled at her infront of everyone for helping that person while there was a small line. I'm unsure of the manager's name but she made a scene infront of the customers.

I like because I always find mi envelopes.

best dollar tree i've gone to by far. i come to this location at least once a week. i can always find really great deals on name brand products here that i can't find anywhere else.

I go in here all the time, employees are extremely friendly, and they usually have a good stock of items available.

Love shopping there. Always end up buying more than planned.
