Artie's Lock and Key

Ricky was fantastic, he programmed a new key and 2 remotes for my 2009 Toyota tundra. These old trucks can be finicky but he made it look easy and was very professional. The service was quick and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Arties and will definitely come back again for any key/lock need for my cars or home.

Ricky is a fantastic Key guy! I have remade two remotes for each of my cars. The remotes were old as my cars are older. Ricky knows his stuff. Reliable and friendly Save money and don’t go to the dealer. Arties Lock and Key have just what you need.

Super simple process. I'll admit it's like walkin' back in time when you pass through the doors (it's in the nook past Navy Federal where the two buildings intersect) - almost nostalgic, and so is the customer service - throwback to a time where the business actually cares, the front desk person has a personality, and the prices are reasonable and the service quick.

5-stars. Great spot if you need a spare key made. They also have a lot of hide-a-key solutions, and while I didn't need it during my visit - they can clone key fobs as well.

Arties came to my home today. Took a few hours. A little pricey but my lock works. They had to try two different locks. Realized one wasn't going to work so the got another lock. It was tight but Matt, who was installing it is very conscientious; he wanted it right. Took his time and worked through the issues. I would work with them again without question, and ask for Matt.

On a Sunday before a Monday holiday my front door knob was loose, and as an 86 year old, I was unable to get it reattached. I called Artie's and they came out on the Monday holiday and reattached the knob and made extra-sure that my keys were marked correctly for the regular lock as well as the dead-bolt lock. They took patience as I made sure of everything.

I had a great experience with Artie’s lock. I had gone to several locations to try get a copy of a key to a toolbox that I have on the back of my truck and nobody was able to help me. I came to Artie’s and Ricky was able to help me out. He was able to make me 3 copies of the toolbox key that no one was able to make. I definitely recommend Artie’s for anyone that is looking to make copies of keys.

I have been visiting Artie's for at least 25 years or more. First at their old location and now at the new. I recently brought in a skeleton key lock off a piece of antique furniture to have a key made. Left the lock with Ricky and he made a beautiful key that operates perfectly. One of our key fobs for 2013 Toyota needed to be replaced and copied. We thought we had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace it but Ricky spent time explaining to us what we do and don't need savings us a lot of money. We HIGHLY recommend this place! !

Artie’s is very professional and affordable. I’ve had them reprogram a key fob for my Honda and then used their service again to rekey my new house. They were fast and throughly explained what was done. I would definitely use them again!

Exceptional service. Explained all options for a chip enhanced duplicate car key for an old, old car, and fob. Saved $100 minimum from other services I called. The advantage...Rickie, who I assumed was the owner for he put his all into helping me, intelligently...hope the owners know his value.
