Baldino's Lock & Key, Vienna

Super service from Paul who programmed the FOB for a new car key. He was quick and kept me posted during the process. Cost was half what it would be at dealer. This whole experience made me feel like Vienna is a small town with people I can trust to help me when I need it. Thank you Paul!

Both technicians - especially Frankie Turner - were excellent and highly professional. Issue was locked front door - unusual problem with Baldwin lock. Required significant experience to repair. appreciate their time. Worth the cost to see them work

It's so nice to walk into a store to look for a hard to find item and the employee takes one look at it, saying yes we have that! He even knew the cost of the key without looking it up! This great service made the 25 minute drive Worth It!

They replaced the two ignition keys on my Nissan for a very reasonable price, and with courteous and timely service. They have also had the equipment and supplies on hand to copy keys for for unusual locks. I would recommend this place highly. Thanks!

Dewey did an excellent job for us and was meticulous in showing me where he was having trouble. How he made it perfect and what I should do as the knob got broken in. Very pleased.

I needed a new car key fob. These aren't cheap but I'm happy with the service I got and the key fob that I wanted and the key was cut perfectly. I watched other customers get regular keys cut while I waited and they were satisfied too.

Excellent service at the right price. After some terrible auto key cut experiences (and I used to cut my own in high school!), took a key to Baldino’s and it was cut properly and for cheap. Worth every cent and wish I had gone there in the first place. Worth noting that the on-call locksmith is 24 hours but not the location itself, which makes sense when you think about it for more than a second

Baldino's runs an honest business and knows how to take care of their customers. When I brought back one of office keys that I had copied a few weeks ago because it didn't work, the manager (France) refined the copy to better fit the lock AND made a second copy in case the first one still didn't work - all FREE of charge! I will definitely be returning for the other 21 office keys that I manage because they uphold their guarantee; all Baldino's keys work!

Super helpful people there! I needed to get one little part to make a smart lock conversion work with my current lock. The guys there found an extra part they had, put it on the lock cylinder, and sent me on my way for no charge. I'll definitely be back for any lock services!

I have used Baldino's in Vienna several times in the past few months and have always had a great experience. They are prompt, friendly, and professional whether in their store or on site.

They are my go-to locksmith now, because of one defining experience. Several months ago, I had a key snap in half, and needed a replacement. I initially went to another area locksmith who cut a new key from the broken one, informing me that they couldn't guarantee that it would work. It didn't, and I was advised that I would need to have the lock drilled. I sought a second opinion at Baldino's. They cut a key from the same broken pieces the other locksmith had failed with, and promised me it would work. It did, and Baldino's has a loyal customer for life.
