I would like to say the service was excellent and I want to point out Jeriah and the manager Jocelin, they were so knowledgeable and did everything for us. I don’t know a lot about iPhones and they helped me out a ton! My favorite T-Mobile store in the area!

Arijit was extremely helpful and helped me get my phone number ported over seamlessly. I had a great experience at this T mobile store. I was expecting the process to be much more difficult to switch carriers, but he explained the phone plan, international plan, and coordinated with the main office to make sure everything was working well before I left the store. He was very patient. Thanks!

Tech whom I saw fixed my Samsung unlock in under 5 minutes that took over an hour on regular T-Mobile support line. People in this site are very professional & knowledgeable!! My favorite T-Mobile go to place!

I was extremely skeptical about switching over to T-mobile from Verizon (over 22 years with Verizon). But Andrew (the store manager) made it so easy and was so reassuring. Him and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had a million questions throughout the switch and they treated me so kindly and answered all of my questions. Andrew goes above and beyond for his customers. He made this switch a breeze for me and my family. Since our switch over, I have recommended T-Mobile (specifically Andrew’s store) to all of my friends and already three families switched to T-Mobile. I want to commend Andrew and his team for their excellent customer service and professionalism.

I went to migrate 4 lines (all my family phones) from sprint to T-Mobile — the team was extremely knowledgeable of the migration process. They knew how to solve all the problems that faced them. Rami, the store manager and two other employees gave us their recommendations of the phones we should choose and what the best plans and deals are. Thank you all, that was an exponential experience.

We recently switched from AT&T to T-mobile and we are so happy we did. Andrew, who works at this location, is the best customer service guy I’ve ever worked with since I’ve had a cell phone for all these years. He and his team go the extra mile and do all that they can to ensure that their customers are not only satisfied when they switch, but Andrew walks his customers through anything and everything that can come up after the switch. I cannot recommend working with Andrew (at T mobile) and his team enough. You won’t be disappointed! He’s not only knowledgeable, but he’s just a nice, decent, honest guy.

The sales technician was extremely helpful. He checked other stores to see if the right inventory was there and said we could go to the store down the street because they had the phones we wanted. We went to the other T-Mobile down 123 across from Giant, and it was terrible, so we left them, and returned to this location where we were promptly helped and ordered new phones.

This particular T Mobile store has a full staff of experts that understand what providing excellent customer service is all about! I saw various customers come in and all left smiling including me! My expert Caleb got the job done in a timely manner and answered all of my questions.I had the opportunity to also meet district manager Keith who was also awesome, very knowledgeable, and friendly. If you want to have a good experience go to this Tmobile! I know this is going to be my store of choice and highly recommend it be yours!

This was the second T-Mobile store I went to in order to switch over my service and to get a new phone. Andy and the other gentleman in the store were kind, funny, and very helpful in explaining what I needed to do to make it happen. Andy was very patient and answered all of my questions while setting up my phone and porting my number for me. Hands down the best experience I have had in a cell phone store.

Great experience with this store. Andrew, the store manager is so enthusiastic and very helpful. Felt like he actually cared about my situation and really wanted the best for my situation when I was trying to switch to T-Mobile. Wasn't able to switch yet due to credit problems but once I resolve them, definitely coming back to this store and going to Andrew!

I wish I could give this store and Caleb specifically 10 stars. My family was transferring from AT&T and there were several complications in getting a hold of our account number, incorrect PINs, etc. and Caleb was so patient and understanding and even spent his own time attempting to contact AT&T for us. It was a frustrating process to transfer everything, but Caleb and T-mobile were so transparent and helpful and we're already so pleased that we switched. If you're in the area I highly, highly recommended this store and staff!!

We love this T-Mobile store!! The manager ANDREW is the best!! He introduces and explains different plan clearly and helps us to solve A LOT OF troubles related to phone bills. He is responsive, patient and very professional. We are SUPER happy with the service he provided.

Visited this store today and I am pleased to give a 5 star review for Dylan who helped solving an issue of low speed. I appreciate that he at least made an effort and that was successful. I had already spoken to the customer service support team that did not conclude a solution.

Don’t ignore those 5 star reviews, this place is the best! Great service!!! I ignored 2 other T-mobile stores closer to me to drive to this one, and boy was I glad. I’m not going to even single out just one employee, because all of them were amazing. I dragged my kids in there when it was 15 mins to closing, and managed to get 2 lines, 2 new phones and everything setup with the utmost professionalism. T-mobile has great prices, and great coverage now, if they keep hiring people like these guys, they should be taking over the world in no time! They all deserve a raise!

Great customer service! I wasn't expecting much when I walked in with my own device to port my number over from Verizon. But when there was a snag with some account info from my previous relationship with T-Mobile, they took care of everything and got me on my way with a new SIM in my phone. Would definitely recommend this T-Mobile location.

The moment we walked in, Andrew Oku, one of the managers, welcomed us enthusiastically and was more than helpful throughout the experience. I work in Tyson’s and looked up stores before I set out. The two stores closer to me had less than stellar reviews so I drove right past them to the Vienna location and I am happy I did. I wanted to set up a new Apple Watch I’d received as a gift. I definitely didn’t know anything about apple watches or T-Mobile since I am a fairly new customer. Andrew walked me through setting up DIGITS and trouble shooting with me until we got it right. He was patient and knowledgeable. The other manager, Jon, was also fantastic! I’ll continue driving past the other two stores and going to the Vienna location whenever I need anything!

Andrew and his team are superb. I switched over to T-Mobile and he made it so easy. He goes above and beyond his duties and most importantly makes the whole experience pleasant. Thank you Andrew and team for all your help.

I enjoy coming to this store. Elias is extremely helpful and is always ready to help with a huge smile on his face. I bought my very first smartphone at this store and these gentlemen have made it an easy transition.
