One of the best pharmacies in the area. The staff is great and super helpful. They always have those hard to find items and the pharmacists go above and beyond to help you. I can't say enough good things about this business and staff.

I was in the area and dropped in just to grab a water real quick. The gentleman at the register walked over to make sure they had what I wanted (I’ve never had someone check to see if I was satisfied with their water selection), but it was fantastic customer service. I had a great conversation with him about various things too. I wish all businesses were like this nowadays! It’s hard to find service like this at businesses anymore. I know I’d never get this at a CVS or Walgreens. Well done Vienna Rexall!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. I was in need of a special brace could not find what I needed online. I walking into this store, they had exactly what I needed ! Plus a reasonable price too.

The pharmacists and staff here are so great and reliable that I’d rather come here (even though they don’t take my insurance) and pay cash for my medications than go to an in network pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens.

The Vienna Virginia Rexall was the only pharmacy that carried surgical saline solution flush syringes in this huge metropolitan area. Not available at CVS, Walgreens, or Wegman’s. My order was promptly filled and pharmacist was very helpful in explaining why such an item was not sold OTC but required a prescription, some thing the hospital discharge didn’t provide. I wish Rexall was ubiquitous as it was in the 1950’s.

We frequent four local drugstores for prescriptions for my family. This Rexall is amazing (I never thought I would think of a drug store as amazing).

I had a request to ask of the pharmacies we use, CVS and Giant both kept me on hold and ultimately could not help, another independent pharmacy we use handled the request and would have documents ready later in the day, but Rexall (Jeff I believe) helped me literally within a minute of calling and had the printout done while I was on the phone, the difference in customer service is mind boggling.

In addition to the customer service request that I just had, this Rexall has a history of carrying or being able to get some less popular prescriptions that are necessary for my family, other drug stores talked about weeks wait to special order the drug (large chains that I would assume have huge logistic backbones to rely on) this Rexall had the drug in stock most times, and when they didn't it was a matter of days before they had it for us.

I typically don't give drugstores much thought (I treat them as a necessary evil) but I cannot recommend a drugstore any more strongly than I recommend this one.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came here not feeling so well extremely stressed out and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
They had a wide selection of otc products and a few hidden treasure books towards the back.

Our family has been a customer of Rexall since the 1950's, and we are blessed to be able to depend on them to provide an exceptional and compassionate component to our health care needs. Through the years we have called with questions and they have answered and given us one-on-one attention. Now, during my elder care years for my mom, I depend on Dr. Bob and his team more than ever. Passionate care isn't on the outside -- it's from within their heart -- and they do it day after day.

I only came here to pick up some medication for my cat that requires compounding. There are only 2 drug stores that do that in this area and the other is in South Riding/Chantilly. I am so thankful Vienna Rexall Drug Center does that. Without compounding with chicken flavor, the taste of the medication would be too nasty for my cat to consume.

The pharmacists and the staff that works at the pharmacy counter are very helpful and friendly. Because of my longer drive home, they packaged the medication with an ice pack because it needs to stay cold.

I have been here several times over the years - only for pet meds. Their services are consistently excellent. I am so thankful they are here for me pets where I needed them.

As for the turn around time, my vet would call in/fax the medication to them, and with a day or 2, the medication is ready. It takes time because they are pretty busy, and the meds for my pets required compounding.

I always loved shopping there. They've been there for decades. Employees are always nice and courteous. I referred Fairfax Area Christian Emergency Services there, many years ago. Bob Scchonn medical team of Fairfax, needed to get a breathing machine for one of his clients. Rexall was the only one who had one and it wasn't that expensive way back when. I love and miss that store.

Family owned and part of identity of Vienna, it’s a lovely place to have your prescriptions filled.

Love this family owned business. A family member with Lyme disease just finished a long course of home IV antibiotic treatment and this was the only place to purchase lactated ringers, IV tubing, saline syringes and heparin locks. Traditional "commercial mass pharmacies" would not sell theses items to me since this was all out of pocket and not covered under insurance. Vienna Rexall was the only pharmacy we could find that would sell these items out of pocket. While they are usually busy, I was always on my way in less than 15 minutes. I miss family owned pharmacies like this!

Reliable for Decades - The medical and other staff are extra nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way. Direct to car pick-up possible because can park at back door, call and medication and other items prepaid for will be delivered to your car by staff member with mask and gloves. Thank you!!!

Compound Rx was very reasonable compared to Rx in DC where I live. I highly recommend anyone needing a compound Rx go there.

Top-quality pharmacy, widely recommended by doctors as the best in the area. Owned and managed by experienced​ pharmacist. Always offer well researched advice and counseling when requested. Good selection of over-the-counter items in addition to prescriptions​.

Most employees know my name! I get notifications that prescriptions refills need to be ordered. I got several bridge prescription medicine when my dr wasn't immediately available to order refills. Very family like feeling.

The best pharmacy in northern Virginia. I have used this pharmacy for years. The staff are all experts and anxious to serve. Prescriptions are filled promptly and accurately.

They're really good. But no longer sell the same ice cream that they did when I was a kid that I would bike out of my way to buy.
