Hyatt Place Chantilly/Dulles Airport-South

We had several of our wedding guests stay at this location. Everyone was satisfied with their accommodations. Very nice, CLEAN hotel! The breakfast bar was very nicely arranged with many options. And they even provided a shuttle service to Bull Run Winery for our guests. Front desk attendants were very friendly!

Me and my family stayed for four nights at the hotel. Location was great close to many restaurants. The service were helpful. The room were clean and suit for the price. Definitely stay again.

They let me check in early. The room is comfortable. It's close to the airport. It's next to a few restaurants. I've stayed here five years in a row. Ashmita and Zuleyka were great at the front desk.

Granddaughter and I spent the night at this lovely hotel and needed to catch flight next morning. Staff is absolutely phenomenal and wonderful room. This is a 5 in my book. Shuttle to airport and free parking. This is truly a relaxing, efficient and family friendly Hyatt. Left item at front desk and they graciously mailed to my home.

Room was large and clean. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was great. The communication with the hotel representative was tough. We needed a shuttle from Dulles and we were late due to track work on Metro, called and the desk said call us when you get to pick up area. When we arrived they said sorry, we cannot come get you now. We had to get a Lyft.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to the crew here especially Tasha, Vince, Belly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Couldn’t be much happier. The overall stay is great and the complimentary continental breakfast is hot and warm. Will definitely stay here when back in the area. Also, the shuttle driver - Andy is great to work with. He’s one of the best.

Great location. Great breakfast and pet friendly. Our cat’s first time traveling.

Enjoyed my stay. Easy check in and check out. Love the fact that check out was in the noon which gave us more time in the morning. Walmart, abc, gas stations, foods, dollar tree everything is within walking distance.

We loved our stay at Hyatt Place! We were working with Terrell for our room block for our wedding and she was so awesome! Helped with lock in a great rate, add more rooms as needed, passed out the gift bags we provided, and even helped coordinate the shuttle service for us!

After the wedding a good amount of us went back to the hotel to continue the good times. Kim and Emily were so awesome! They took care of us with a smile on their face even when I know some of us were a but much! Their amazing service help cap off a wonderful day and we are so very thankful for all of the three ladies who helped us. You all rock! 5 stars from this guy!

Stood here for just two days, stay was great, rooms smelled like a Hugo boss store and they had both flat and firm pillows (I personally love flat pillows so a big plus for me!) breakfast offers were good enough and the eggs actually tasted good unlike a lot of places. Only minor issue was no sugar free syrup. Would stay again, great location, can walk to Texas road house .

Peaceful location located right next to 28 and 66. Easy access to food and gas stations. Clean and quiet hotel!! Love this spot!

Really lovely hotel. Very cheap rate for a very great room, very lovely staff. Room was super clean and unlike any hotel room I've stayed in yet. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold (thermostat for it was wall mounted which was cool) (we also drove over in a car with no working AC so it was a double blessing), stand-in shower was absolutely massive, what more could you want? Also the seperation between the huge couch & bed was a nice touch. Check in & out process was incredibly easy and the hotel itself was very upscale feeling. The best part is, is how close it is to IAD/Dulles International. The planes flew right in front of my room's window all night, & I finally was able to photograph an Airbus A380 after two years. This place is fantastic for avgeeks with the aircraft views & the Udvar-Hazy center under ten minutes away. My partner & I stayed at this hotel in preparation for their Innovations in Flight event. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've been in, I would drive the 2hr/30min to stay here again, even just to planespot in the parking lot. Also; breakfast is free and very tasty. Hot food selection was eggs, sausage, and cinnamon french toast sticks, along with your usual cold cereal, fruit, and baked good selection. I cannot wait to come back here & stay again.

I stayed here twice for a business trip and it was a lovely experience.
Manny at the front desk was extremely helpful and we had great conversations over both of my stays.

He made sure that I had everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations.

The rooms are very nice, lots of living space, the kitchenette and desk are easy areas to feel comfortable in.

Each room has a living room with comfortable couches and nice touches like throw blankets in case you want to relax after a long day.

They have a nice pool with a lifeguard always on duty.

It was a pleasant business trip and I’d be happy to stay here on vacations.

We've stayed here many times. The rooms are comfortable and clean and they have a very nice breakfast bar.

The room is spacious and smells good, towels are cleaned and its near the airport ,and there's a plaza near it 😍😍🥰❤👌👌

Loved this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and didn't feel like I was ever bothering them or being rushed. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well appointed. Sofa and bed were both very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a nice selection of foods.

We filmed a movie there and the staff was so helpful with everything we needed. Its every nice hotel, very clean, and our room was really nice and even had a living room in it! I would definitely stay here again. All the good restaurants are very close to walk to and it's very quiet even though it's close to the highway.

Very nice modern and clean room, generous breakfast with good coffee and nice staff. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you! Free shuttle service to the airport worked out great.

We was in town for a concert and it was cancelled due to weather, but we decided to go ahead and stay since we drove 6 hours. From the time we checked in we have a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and accurate to the pictures posted. It was very clean and no odors. Being right next to airport we could hear the planes but got a good nights rest and the planes did not bother us at all. When coming on to our floor 4th, it smelled like smoke. We did get a non smoking room 0419, just the hallway smelled like smoke. The night check in staff wasn't very knowledge about the area when was trying to find somewhere to go since our concert was cancelled. We did find a pub about a mile up the road that had live music. Our over all stay was great. Great breakfast also.

Hands down best experience I've ever had with any hotel! Room was spacious and super clean. Shuttle service and driver's were all on time and very courteous. Even took us to the Air and Space museum while we had layover time till our next flight. Highly recommend these folks and we'll definitely be back.
