I don't know how everyone else has had a bad experience with them. Whenever I'm there, The pharmacists are very kind and they are always happy to explain the process.

Maybe these people who are writing these reviews are the rude people who demand to receive their prescriptions early or they yell at the pharmacists for supply issues.

In any case, I've never ever had a bad experience with Harris Teeter and I have been going to this pharmacy since they first opened. You can always call ahead to inquire about your medication and they are always happy to help.

I ONLY use this pharmacy! Both the pharmacy manager, Cristi, and the other primary pharmacist, Jessie (and their staff) are extremely knowledgeable & friendly. My recurring prescriptions are auto-filled, and I receive either a text when ready or a phone call if there are any issues!

Store is clean, nice and well stocked. Store employees are kind and helpful.

Nothing but great service for me. Moved my Rx from CVS years ago.

Excellent service, take Good RX for best price in some medications.

Customer Service needs work. Even if you are standing at the counter, they will ignore you while they get the rest of their tasks done. I'm not asking them to stop in the middle of counting tablets, I'm talking about clicking insurance prompts on their computer screen or wiping down the keyboard.

It has happened multiple times with different Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs, so it is not an employee problem, it's a workplace culture problem.

I transferred my prescriptions to CVS even though I can walk to Harris Teeter because the time it takes to drive down the street and back is still faster than walking here and waiting for them to acknowledge me to pickup my prescriptions.

I have certain conditions that require me to take amphetamines. For some reason this month, I ran out 2 days early. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, every single month. This hasn’t happened before, so I was confused myself. I had called to check on my prescription because the fill date on the bottle and with the pharmacy didn’t match. When I spoke to a woman on the phone, she questioned me on why I’ve run out earlier, asking if I am taking the medication as prescribed. She said she’d fill it for me first thing Sunday morning. I arrived Sunday morning at 10am, forgetting that the pharmacy opens at 11. When I walk up to the window at 11, the woman who I had spoken to on the phone a few days prior said “I told you we would fill them when we got in and it’s 11 o’clock, we JUST opened.”

I already am hard on myself for having to take this medication. I do NOT need my pharmacist to judge me regarding my medication. I have been a customer here for 2 years. It’s not like this is a pattern, I do this all the time, nothing like that. First time this happened and to feel such judgement like that? I am switching pharmacies after two years.

I have used this pharmacy since it opened without issues. But today, I went to get a refill and the Asian female pharmacist ignored me. I was on a walker and clearly in pain. She was doing flu shots for about 5 people. A disabled person or 5 people waiting for shots. No acknowledgement of me of standing there (in agony), just walked by me twice. Leaving HT and moving my families' prescriptions to a Walgreens. RUDE RUDE pharmacist. STAY AWAY.

I would give them zero stars if I could.
I had scheduled a covid vaccine appointment and the “pharmacist” proceeded to give me her opinion on why she didn’t think I should get it and how in her opinion I didn’t qualify for it. I had to pull the cdc website and ask her to read from the “vaccine eligibility guidelines” section so that she would shove her opinion and give me the vaccine I was fully eligible for. Very unprofessional. Mind you, this is the same chain of pharmacies that fills my prescriptions for the same underlying conditions that make me eligible for the vaccine.

One of you pharmacist is misinformed she tryed to tell me how to dose my medicine your not my doctor you're a pharmacist... YOUR JOB is to help if asked don't try to play doctor and tell me how to dose my medicine that's what I got a doctor go back to school if you want to play doctor. I was nice last time but tell you promptly your position next time get it right !

Pharmacy is good but the pharmacist ( male) today was weird no greeting nothing. He seemed so dead and was speaking so low I could barely hear him. I like the female pharmacist better.

Yeah i would not waste my time here. Two pharmacists just talk in front of you and dont even greet you.

I don't want to get into details but I will never go to this pharmacy again.
