I go here for tailoring services . She is amazing! Simple button fixing and hemming come at reasonable prices and she has literally made some of my older clothes feel brand new. She takes in dresses for me all the time. She has also patched holes in jeans and stitched holes in sweaters that I thought couldn't be salvaged. I made the mistake of trying a new tailor when I moved from Fairfax City. I won't do that again. She's worth the extra 30 minute drive!

I've been a customer here for about 4 years. The quality is first-class. Support this small business. They deserve every good "shout out" we can give them in return for the care and appreciation they give to our dry cleaning - which is returned the way it should be: clean, pressed impeccably, and for a fair price. I also go here for alterations, which are done perfectly every time. I highly recommend City Cleaners and will continue to come here for as long as they're around. *Bonus: their parking is adjacent to Woody's ice cream shop - Yum!

A great neighborhood laundry! Their prices are fair and they do repairs and alterations on-site. Parking is available in the adjacent ice cream place. Recommended!

I wanted to have my shirts laundered with medium starch and pressed on the machine which is $1.60. Because I'm a woman, the woman at the counter tells me no, she has to charge me more because they have to be hand ironed. I explained that my cotton button-down shirts are the same size as a man's small shirt and that they will fit on their press machine (which is the usual argument). If a man had brought in small shirts to be pressed, nothing would have been said to him and he would pay his 1.60 per shirt and left. Blatent gender discrimination. She told me she wouldn't do my shirts as requested. WOMEN- please boycott this place until they charge and serve women and men the same price for the same laundry.
