I want to compliment Shannon for their patient help as I stumbled through making my first ever photo album which was to be a gift for my adult children for Christmas! I had absolutely no idea how to even start, much less what to do. Shannon was so helpful and encouraging and spent so much time with me while managing to take care of other customers at the same time. I never felt judged or hurried, only supported and encouraged by them.

Zafor (I hope I have spelled his name correctly) was also extremely patient and helpful a few days later as I tried to make a different book. I was in there so long, it was approaching closing time, but he worked with me and went above and beyond in helping me get the correct pictures uploaded from different sources.

Though it is about 1 1/2 months now after their help, I felt it was extremely important to let it be known how personable and helpful they both were and that they delivered outstanding customer service.

I love going to this Walgreens the staff is very friendly especially Fatemeh she is in the beauty area she is always friendly and looks for a way to make you as a customer happy with her help

I usually go to the Walgreens at Maine street , Fairfax, Virginia to see my favorite person Miss Fatemeh at beauty department. She always helps me to find my skin care products . She introduced me some products that helped with my pigments .She keeps up with the latest products in the market .I love her consultation. I m very comfortable and hassle free and making it a very warm professional experience...

I'm so grateful for Fatemeh. She helped me find the perfect gift for my friend. She made my shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

Came today to get shampoo and conditioner and the beauty consultant was a great help!

My first experience with Walgreens pharmacy.. The doctor put my prescription to a different store and due to unavailability they called me promptly to inform me that they can transfer the prescription to a nearby store where they have medicines available. I accepted the resolution and was transferred to this store. I was truly impressed by the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist. She took time to explain all the medicines and when and what to take. I have been new to Walgreens pharmacy and saw a stark difference as compared to other pharmacies. Great job. Keep it up!!

I have never received such excellent customer service like the one I received from Cris! He was so helpful, patient and kind. Please give this man a raise or promotion. People like him need to get recognized for their amazingness. The manager who assisted me was also very kind. In addition, the store was clean, well organized and I will definitely become a loyal customer now after my exceptional experience.

Pharmacist (with the curly hair, wish I had gotten her name) was amazingly kind and courteous, going out of her way to help, even though I ended up not being able to fill my prescriptions there. Thought the least I could do is mention it here. Thank you for the selfless kindness. People like her help make the world brighter!

I came to this Walgreen's store before I got on the road to travel home to return an FM transmitter for another one. I went to two other Walgreen's stores back home hours away and the one's that I had exchanged just a few days ago did not work! Jeremy was at the cash register and I told him what happened. He was able to expeditiously take of my exchange for another FM transmitter with no trouble! He was very friendly and we shared a good laugh! He told me to try this one out and if it works to let him know, if not bring it back! I am very grateful that I came to this Walgreen's store because his energy got me through the rest of the day and long commute home! I was so excited that my new FM transmitter worked that I had to call the store and tell him! Thank you again Jeremy!

Stop by CVS for my prescription and had a terrible customer service experience, then stopped by the cross street at Walgreen, pharmacist , she was very helpful and also she save us money by direct us will coupon; great experience My 1st time.

We have 3 drug stores within walking distance of our residence. The one our insurance company prefers is horrible (slow and usually discourteous), the others are so-so. This week I was in the neighborhood of the Walgreens at 10320 Main Street and (finally!) decided to stop by and get my annual flu shot. This pharmacy department is staffed by courteous and capable folks. I didn't get the name of the nice person behind the counter, but do remember the courteous pharmacist who provided the shot, "Michelle." It was quick and painless, I wasn't even aware that the vaccination had happened until she produced a bright red tape to cover it. Most of my prescriptions are filled by mail, but in the future when I have some that aren't I know where to go to receive competent and professional service!

I love the pharmacy at this Walgreens only because of the pharmacist, Bob. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have relied on and trusted Bob with all of my family's medications and annual flu shots for years. I hope he stays at this location!

Walgreens Photo Pharmacy store is at outstanding location on Main St. of city Fairfax. It is a huge drug store with separate makeup section in the whole town. It also has Photo Center with inkjet refills. Medication refilling is a lot easier. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Their quality service is appreciable.

I'm new to the area and needed help to find a new skincare routine. Fatimah was a great help and was very friendly while helping! I'll definitely be back!

Our family's pharmacist and prescriptions were transferred from a closing local RiteAid to this Walgreens in Fairfax [across the other side of town].
So glad that "Bob" the pharmacist was transferred here so he is still currently our pharmacist. I hope that Bob remains assigned to this Walgreens for the long term - just as we knew him for years at the RiteAid.
All the staff in the pharmacy are helpful, friendly and willing to help sort out issues when they arise. That is why I fight through traffic to go to this Walgreens that is not as close to me as the now closed RiteAid was.

really grateful to this group of pharmacists and assistants, my father just got out of the hospital, and his bp was worrisome. we were close to the Walgreens and we needed some clarification on his meds. that stopped everything to come out and take his bp and assist! what a blessing!

Bob and staff very helpful. Always prompt with Perscriptions. Actually have Walgreens less than 1 mile from home but , rather drive 10 miles just because of the friendly service I get there.

I made a call for a stock check, it was handled by Chris. His courtesy was exemplary and he went the extra distance, with a final and favorable result for my inquiry, despite difficulties. I recommend this salesperson and store.

The pharmacy staff and staff at the store are so kind and friendly. Always helpful.
