Easily the best pharmacy I've ever interacted with. Forget the awful megacorps - this is what awesome customer service actually looks like. Intelligent, professional, and competent help when you call. Fast and free local delivery. I just hope they stick around as finding businesses like this that some big company hasn't bought out and ruined are all too rare.

When my old pharmacy suddenly went out of business, I was really disappointed, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise because District Pharmacy, which took over their accounts, is absolutely INCREDIBLE!

This pharmacy has been a life-changer. Before I'd be waiting hours on end for my prescriptions to be picked up at those run of the mill pharmacies. Here I feel like I get personalized care with every prescription - the level of compassion for patients here is topped by none other. And they even have a shipping option, which has been great for some of my friends I referred with small children or elderly parents.

District pharmacy has helped me improve my confidence with the medications they have provided. Dermatology products are not easy to come by, but this place has them all! When you walk in, talk to Abdul as he was a very knowledgeable representative and will provide you with all the help you need.

Nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to the chain pharmacies. The staff is so helpful and kind, you can tell that they are happy to help. I have never had an issue calling or waiting to speak to someone. Also love that they deliver my medications !

District Pharmacy is such a welcome change - refilling prescriptions is always efficient, the technicians are friendly and focused on customer service, and the best part is they deliver to your house! One more errand I don’t have to find time to fit into my day.

TIP: Add a note to tell the driver to ring your bell when they arrive. Make sure the notifications go to your phone and that they show up even if your phone is in “focus mode”.

After a very poor experience (one of many) with my local CVS, I’ve decided to move all my prescriptions to District Pharmacy.

I have only good things to say about District Pharmacy. They were recommended to me by my dermatologist because of their low prices and great service. The representatives are easy to reach and go out of their way to help and accommodate requests. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been extremely kind as well. Shipping is record speed too — it is always free, and often arrives within 24 hours (even deep into the suburbs of Stafford County). Highly recommend!

My doctor’s office and I have been trying for two years to get a prescription approved for Repatha. My doctor’s office finally sent the prescription to District Pharmacy until we could get approval from my insurance company. District Pharmacy stepped up 200% to get my prescription to me as well as to get me signed up for a special discount. They called me every time when I needed a refill and always applied any discounts applicable. It is highly unusual nowadays for some company to follow through every time to make sure my needs were met. Thank you District Pharmacy for your excellence and your work ethic. Love this place! Not only does District Pharmacy have the lowest prices on some extra pricey meds but the customer service is outstanding.

I was in a big bind, needing some last minute medications but couldn't leave work, didn't have the time to pick it up and to top it off had to catch a flight so I couldn't wait for the normal 24-48hr delivery. Mo was so kind and sent my prescription to my home via uber within a couple hours at no cost to me! Took all the stress out of my day. Really appreciate them!

They always call you as soon as they receive the prescription.The best part is they mail medication to your house, so no more waiting in line for hours to pick your medication. Absolutely phenomenal. Above and beyond. Not only do they have great prices, they help you look for cheaper alternatives. Whether that means getting you onto a generic version, or applying coupons from the manufacturer that you would've never known about. That's not all, they deliver!

Coming out of surgery, my doctor gives them a call right before they close, I mean like 2-3 minutes, before they close. They unfortunately didn't have the drug that my doctor asked for but we're willing to deliver it to my house first thing in the morning the next day; Unfortunately, I was in too much pain and needed the drug that night. They suggested a different medicine which they had in stock, approved by my doctor, and had it delivered to me, the same day. It was at my house within an hour of me getting home from the hospital! Unbelievable service! They saved me from worrying about pain and saved me the trip to wait time I would've had to endure at another pharmacy.

These guys truly encompass outstanding customer service.

***CONVENIENT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAST!!!???!!!!*** Too good to be true... but its not!

I don't normally post reviews...because why bother? BUT THIS REVIEW IS DIFFERENT! I took my kids to a dermatologist and we left with two prescriptions. The last time we ordered this medication was about 5 years ago- it was VERY EXPENSIVE! As I left the dermatologist, I was handed this flyer that said HASSLE FREE fill programs.

Right away I thought- what is this going to cost me for this kind of service? Can't I just leave with my normal CVS Rx and go and wait in the long line to put the script in and then wait another hour to get the actual Rx? I didn't want to pay extra for this Hassle free program...but I didn't feel I had a choice since they sent it in for me at the doctor office like some offices do.

Anyway, Abdul called me and said my order was ready to ship within an hour. OK- I was impressed. Then he took my payment and it was lilke 1/3 of the cost that I recall paying 5 years ago. I was very impressed. Then the package came to me the next day and I don't believe I paid a premium for the service. Ok- I'm in. I like not driving to the crazy parking lot and waiting for my Rx at the other drug stores.

The following week we found ourselves back in the dermatologist, for a different reason. Seasonal hives... anyway, Abdul calls me and fills my prescription, on a Friday before a holiday weekend and I will get my son's cream on Saturday.

I am a bit floored by this level of customer care and I don't see myself going back to the old way of getting prescriptions. They specialize in dermatology products at the moment, but are getting a wider variety of products like thyroid meds, CBD, etc... I am happy to post this review on their behalf. Please give them a try!

This was the quickest experience I ever had with a speciality pharmacy. The other one special pharmacy I used took weeks!

I worked with a girl named Kasana who knows her stuff and was super efficient with getting information about my insurance that I could not provide myself.

Phenomenal Pharmacy, they have a great staff and fill prescriptions quickly. Makes you feel comfortable and the overall process smooth when picking up. Highly recommend.
