AT&T Store

I went in for assistance in setting up my new iPhone 15+. The manager, Darya, was super helpful. Not only did she set it up correctly, but she also explained features and gave me helpful pointers. She also waited until all my information was successfully transferred from my previous iPhone. I had just switched to AT&T service from T-Mobile. I’m glad I have done so. She was also very polite and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the store for anyone looking for a new provider, phone or accessories. This was by far the best Customer Service I’ve ever received in any service provider’s store.

If it were not for Darya's expertise and ability to multi-task and swiftly work through multiple customer's needs at the same time, I wouldn't be able to accomplish getting the new device that fits my needs. (everyone always enters the shop at the same time on weekends you know) Thank you Darya for helping me obtain the right device and plan for my life. Further I was happy to add a few additional products to try with Darya's recommendation I can't wait to try the new Samsung ear pods and the Samsung watch! Thank you for helping me select products that will make my life easier!

Darya greeted me in a professional manner and as soon as she was done with her client she assisted me with upgrading my iphone. Then she helped me transfer all my information to my new iphone. She answered all my questions patiently.

Darya was exceptional in getting me set up with First Net. She took the time to answer my questions without judgement, since I'm sure some were pretty basic. I've referred two people to the Falls Church store and to ask for her specifically.

I went in for an upgrade today and left with a new I-Phone 15. The store is neat and clean. The associates and management and friendly and helpful. There is new management since my last visit and things are vastly improved. Highly recommended!

Enrique received me in the store with respect and patience and provided everything I needed. No one has ever attended me the way he did. I give him respect and I believe that somebody like him can make a store look good with his skills and provide customer needs .

I took an old iPhone in today to have its data transferred to a newly purchased but also old, refurbished iPhone (long backstory). I'd called ahead and spoke to Darya, who said she wasn't 100% sure about the transfer success with such old phones, but would give it a shot.

Well, not only did she successfully do the transfer, she did it in record time, while simultaneously helping a lot of other customers with their situations. All were different, but she handled each one with expertise, and everyone left the store HAPPY! Almost unheard of these days.

I'm very grateful for Darya's superb help and delightful personality, and I highly recommend this store!

Easiest experience I've had with a mobile company. I spent hours on the phone with support with no luck but Darya and Enrique were able to solve my issue in minutes. I should've just come to this store first!

My husband -- 78 and not tech savvy -- needed a new phone. I went with him. The young woman who was all by herself in the shop was so helpful and low key, and did not try to up-sell us to another data plan. As she was transferring apps and functionality from his old phone to the new one, she was able to help other people who came in. She handled everything so smoothly and in a low key, pleasant way -- and we did not feel ignored or sidelined. How did she do this? I would have freaked out with people lined up. My husband needed a case for his phone and she picked out 3 -- and one of them was perfect. She put his new phone in it. She could not have been more helpful. So competent.

Been a att customer for years will not go anywhere else I can get customer service when needed online or at the store

We had wonderful service today. Kenneth helped us with one Phone transfer and three new phone additions, including a very complex procedure to join a family plan. He was working alone, however he helped us efficiently and communicated well, even managing to engage the children on casual topics like basketball.

One of the best customer and service oriented staffs I've ever encountered in any retail operation. Vincent was exceptionally helpful and tenacious in solving our issues, his manager was extremely techno-savvy and hung in with us despite the fact the store's AC was knocked out by a storm. Couldn't be happier with the way we were served
