Harris Teeter

I loved this store. I was in the area for a doctors appt. It is a beautiful store. The staff were very friendly everywhere. The manager helped me load my groceries on the conveyer belt and a worker was available to help me load my car. No sign of bad produce. Who are the others who commented talking about. They sound like young punks.

Update: the store parking is full with cars that left their while the owners use the metro. We customers don't find parking spots in the regular working hours during the day. It happened to me and it keeps happening, which makes me go to a different store to shop. Hopefully Harries teeter will find a solution for this issue.

Nothing like it, the best ever.
The pharmacy is something else in HT Dunn Loring VA. Jason is the best, most helpful, and friendly pharmacist I have ever dealt with. He makes you feel that you are part of HT family.
I transfered my prescriptions to HT because of Jason, I can't thank him enough for his help.

I came upon this place while passing through the Metro and I am glad that I did. There aren't too many places that are reasonably affordable within walking distance. During my most recent visit, everything was going great until I was confronted by Eddie in the produce department. I was simply minding my own business, when he got in my face and ordered me not to take picture. Dear Eddie, I only took 1 one single picture and I only took the picture so that I could help you and your store with a nice positive review Eddie. I know that you felt compelled to try to order your customer around, but there was nothing nefarious Eddie! I like the store, and I'm glad I was able to find a checkin sandwich for lunch. Eddie is the same guy who would probably want to start a fist fight if someone came in and can't have their mask on! Eddie, focus on the fresh produce and less on confronting your customers!

Called them up about a specific item, the gentleman who answered was very nice and explained everything about the item and how often they have it available. Great experience. Oftentimes customer service is what really stands out.

I've been walking to this Harris Teeter for a year or so (several times per week). It's always great. On the go, I've had their breakfast food, hot bar, shrimp cocktail, rotisserie chicken, etc. On a not so great day, and one I happened to drive and parking was full, I noticed the emtpy parking spot in the picture. It was open and I'm a veteran so I used it. It made me feel good 👍🤓 Means a lot. I think other vets appreciate it as well. Thank you Harris Teeter.

This friendliest store I have ever been to. Customer Service was everything. From the lunch meat department, Shawn in produce, the manager over the fruit trays, the cashier over self check. I am visiting and I want to move, keep up the amazing job you all are doing. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Good grocery store with big selection of quality products.

Always a great shopping experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great selection of meat and produce. Highly recommend to anyone new to the area to check out this location. Such a convenient area too and steps to bus and metro. Ample parking too

Love shopping in Harris Teeter. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Customer Service Manager wants to make sure you're not only satisfied but feel good about shopping in HT and come back. This is my experience with McLean store.

The seafood section is great! Most of what they have is great! I don’t eat meat or chicken aside from seafood and beyond meat and yet I still find lots of options. I like the kosher section and I wish the kosher/halal section would be larger and have more options.

Great place to shop for groceries. Convenience,clean, and friendly. I ask for couples of hard items to find or get in any groceries store and they would order them for me. Now that is services I like when grocery stores listen to your needs. I am updating: As usual the customers services are spectacular and the lady whom made my Subs. Ohhh!! My subs was loaded and tasty.

I absolutely love this store. Today was my first visit, and I was surprised at how clean and organized everything was. I was able to find everything I needed fairly quick, and the staff were very polite and helpful. A little pricey, but overall for the area and the quality of the items, a decent bargain. I'll probably be back soon😁

Huge beer and wine selection! Having it so conveniently placed beneath my apartment makes it great too. Any time I feel like cooking, it's like a giant pantry/fridge downstairs! Plus open 24 hours; you can grab supplies or food any time, day or night. The food is always fresh and they have a huge selection. This location is very large and always seems to have what I need. While self-checkout is easiest and usually less line, I love checking out with the employees. They're always so friendly and cheerful. They make me want to check out with them! I would more, but the lines just get a bit long so I opt for self checkout most of the time. Regardless, one of my favorite HT locations by far.

Very clean and organized store. Staff has always been helpful and friendly! Prices are relatively high, but they have some good deals (would recommend signing up for a grocery card if you shop here a lot). Great location, a short walk from the metro.

Parking here is a pain though, the garage is cramped.

Always clean, always quick, huge selection of stuff, extremely helpful employees. Driving in and out of this place can be a huge pain if you don't know the traffic flow of the surrounding areas, but once you understand where all the exits and entrances are you're golden. This is currently my favorite grocery store.
