Safeway Pharmacy

I have been going to this pharmacy for a little over a year now as a backup pharmacy to get my high dose, very uncommon, very hard-to-get medication for headaches. Pharmacists Srivani (Rx manager), Alex, and Shannon have all been extremely helpful to me, and they are always very pleasant to work with. They always pick up the phone almost immediately and they are very quick to fill my medication even if their drug shipment arrived minutes ago. I am very thankful to have them as pharmacists.

I stopped by this morning to receive my second Shingrix vaccination. Ms. Thu Nguyen (pronounced “Too Winn”), the pharmacist on duty, was very caring, professional, helpful and informative. Thank you!

The pharmacy had nobody on line , and the pharmacist guy doing nothing, took my prescription and asked to wait 20 min. for an simple gel. After 20 min he comes to say has computer problem. Meanwhile served other two persons. I felt discriminated. I left and will come another day to pick up. Never be back to this pharmacy. Always unprofessional place

So slow!! It always takes forever to pick up prescriptions here. Even when there is no line I wait and wait. Really poor customer service.

Yes they have one pharmacist who works there that’s the rudest and hangs up on u while your talking been going to different Safeways but since this one is across the stree from where I live makes sense to go here right!!! But this lady is not meant for this job she’s filled my script 2 times already ask me the same questions say it’s for the computer and I’ve been on this medication for 5 years but for some reason it after she’s already been filling them out she makes it a painful process everything I asked for her higher ups number and she gives me the store number and hangs up on me her last name is Txu or something like that she she’s very hard to understand when she’s always hanging up the phone but the worst customer service ever… if I had insurance i would’ve never got there but they have the best deal for the medication but she’s been making it a nightmare get some help in there cause you guys are running thst lady to the ground anytime u talk to her she has an attitude like she hates life or being at work u guys might wanna just keep her in the back where she can’t pick up phones or talk to anyone because she’s HORRIBLE in the 5 plus years I’ve gotten this medication I’ve never had to deal with anything like this thanks safeway!!!! Third month in a row they don’t have my medication. They told me it would be ready after 3pm tomorrow. its tomorrow at 720pm & the pharmacist tells me she’s on the phone asks if I can pick up tomorrow.

I’m not certain if it was a race thing, however while I was at self checkout there was a young man starring me down with his arms folded watching solely me as I scanned each item. Meanwhile there where others of a different hue ringing up their items and I was the only one that he was watching.

Rude pharmacist, there’s definitely a language barrier on her end, but she’s just overall really unpleasant to receive care from and rushes you like crazy, even though no one else is there…………….
