Puritan Cleaners - Staples Mill

Not just the friendliest dry cleaners I've been to but possibly one of the friendliest establishments I've encountered in quite a while! Every employee was so pleasant and happy including those who weren't helping me. Their service was fantastic as well as the quality of their work. Highly recommend this location.

I particularly love the Staples Mill location. I’ve been to lots of cleaners in my life but I have gotten the best service for cleaning, alterations, & cordial customer service at this location. It feels like they really care about their work and are honest about stains etc. that cannot be corrected for whatever the reason. You cannot beat that.

Great Costumer Service. As soon I set foot inside the establishment I was greeted by a nice lady. I need it my service uniform dry cleaned in a rush. I was surprised by how fast my service uniform was ready... The next day, not even 24 hours after I dropped them off. Thank you Puritans Cleaners specially Gabby Alfaro the nice lady who took care of my uniform.

while initially i walked in and was put off a little when i just got stared at after i said I needed my coat drycleaned.. they got me in and out in 10 minutes and had my coat ready 2 days before I needed it done. Overall super fast and great communication!

I wasn't aware that a pair of pants that had Taylor work done on them was never picked up with other cleaning but before they put them as unwanted property, they reached out to me to let me know they were there. Would have hated to lose the pants too a white suit ❤💪🏿❤

I love the Staples Mill and Boad Street location. Everyone is delightful. Clothes are dry cleaned beautifully. Over the decades of living throughout Richmond area, I use this location exclusively.

This is my second year choosing Puritan Cleaners. My Coat turned out Amazing. They are Efficient, Courteous, Polite, and Cost Effective.

The dry cleaning is quick and reasonably priced at the Staples Mill location, and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I had my wedding dress cleaned here, and have had comforters done too. They have yet to ruin anything of mine, so I’ll keep going back. 10/10

Really good experience with their wash and fold laundry service. A little pricey but if you want a thorough, quick, and smooth experience I feel like these guys are the place to go. Also super kind staff who seem to actually care about their customers. I’m not usually into someone else doing my laundry but these guys will do it right so I dont even mind.

My shirts were dirty, I checked for a tag with care instructions as I wanted to wash before I had them dry cleaned. Could not find instructions, so took 2 disgusting dress shirts in. Came back perfect! So impressed, I’ve used Puritan for years, but not as frequently as my shirts need. Thank you again for amazing service.

I rarely need or use dry cleaners but I had a need rather last minute for a robe to be clean for a worship service. The turnaround time was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Will definitely use them again.

Marvin was excellent and they had extremely quick turnaround with their dry cleaning services. I was able to get my four shirts dry cleaned in half a day.
