David Gaines and the service team had a lot on their plate with our vehicle and it needing immediate repair in Clermont FL. We had a back order of parts and they had more work than expected. The team worked to get the parts in and service done, all while being under pressure as we were under pressure. They handled the pressure and business with the utmost professionalism. This is a group commercial or a residential consumer should bring their vehicle for repair.

Very happy with the service from Ford of Clermont. I’ve had the regular service done here for my Explorer ST since I purchased it from them in July 2022. They not only did all the required work, plus one recall item, they also fixed a backup camera issue I didn’t even mention. And the recall item was to install an AC panel that should have been on the car but was not available at the time of purchase due to COVID supply chain issue issues. No intention of ever going anywhere else. Thanks!

After being talked to like a dumb woman at the quick lane where I purchased the car, I was done with them. The advisor, I and mechanic talked to me like I had a brain, showed me where the issues were on the car and explained how long the repairs would take. They kept to the time line! It was great. I will drive to Clermont from Ocala for all my car needs! Its a great place

After a lengthy service call, 60 days, car was undriveable,(part delay from Ford, Detroit).( warranty issue)The car is running perfectly! Service Advisor Kristine Nightingale was amazing throughout the entire process. Perfect communication & honesty. Thank you Kristine

We are very happy with the service of our car. There was an issue with an oxygen sensor and we also had tge spark plugs changed and the fuel injectors cleaned. The wait time was acceptable and the car is running well.

Diesel oil change completed efficiently. The price was very good and the employees were knowledgeable and courteous.
Nice clean facility too.
We'll go back again.

I had a small issue, and I believe his name was Jamie(?) The mustang guy. He is former air force, and he was VERY informative and helped me get some new awareness about my mustang! Such as a silly concept that I didn't realize my back seats come down. Ha! Everyone was awesome. Thank you so much!

Needed tires badly right after Christmas. Cameron came to the rescue. After shopping around in Clermont and get very high quotes I said why not reach out to Ford. Cameron not only got us in quickly he gave us such a great rate for our BF Goodrich tires! Got all 4 tires and an alignment. I was able to use my points that I have acquired within the last 2 years and we paid less than $1500 for it all for our Ranger. Joe installed them and did a great job too! This is the 3rd time I have had my truck serviced at Ford of Clermont. The service writer was friendly, informative and cared about the service of my truck. When snow birding next winter I will definitely return for service

Took my car in to have a tire slow-leak checked. It was a very busy day, but they had my tire inspected and repaired in 1.5 hours. Awesome service from Odesh and the crew at Quick Lane! Thank you!!

Cameron and Matt literally saved the day for me! I had a flat earlier in the day and had put on the spare to make it over from Tampa to a construction meeting at the dealership. Upon leaving the dealership the spare tire slipped off the rim and needed to be properly put back on and refilled with air. They quickly jumped in to help me out and get me back on the road within 15 minutes! If you need service on your car in Clermont go by and ask for Cameron and he most certainly will take care of you. Ford of Clermont got me right in, sent me a video of the work they did and everything done within a reasonable time. They also provided excellent customer service. I will be going back!!

I bought my MachE through Ford Clermont and everyone always treats me great. I took it for service and they took care of all the software updates. They offered a car but i did not need it since i was leaving town.

I checked in a little early and was taken right in. I had the "Works" performed and the car was ready in less time than quoted. I was sent a video of the engine compartment and the technician spoke on some work that should be done in the near future. The staff were friendly and courteous. I will be coming here for all my service needs

The only place in Orlando I trust to service my car. They always try to do right by you. Friendly staff, clean facilities, WiFi, coffee and comfortable waiting area.
