Frank was fantastic. We needed soccer equipment for my child's first ever season and he was so helpful. He took the time to make my daughter feel special and help us figure out all we needed and with appropriate sizing. My daughter followed him skipping through the store with excitement. Staff overall was very helpful but just wanted to recognize Melina for making my experience very pleasant. I came in to exchange a sliding mitt for a different size that my son got for Christmas. However, I didn’t have the receipt. Being a retail GM myself, I’m ashamed to say that I wasn’t prepared on my end to make their life any easier. Melina made the process less stressful and made sure to accommodate in any way she could. Very understanding and very nice! Thank you again!

This is a great place to nab the gear you need to get started in a variety of sports. I recently got into kayaking, and they had a good variety of paddling PFDs, paddles, entry level kayaks, water shoes, and a number of traveling accessories. Unfortunately, I am not average size, so the water shoes and life jackets didn't fit me properly, but I think the vast majority of folks could get the starting gear they needed. Definitely worth at least stopping by to see the selection and try things on.

I just want to take this opportunity to say how much I appreciate the excellent customer service that JT provides in the golf department. He is always a wealth of knowledge and very skilled regarding club upgrades or enhancements!

Had to wait for golf desk attendant to return from a break but how many places can you gp to on a Sunday and get your golf grip replaced? What great service! Pleasant young lady did the job. She was enthusiastic, and personable. $15 later, and I'm out the door!

Super friendly staff! Several team members asked me if I needed any assistance. I purchased a straw hat and a team member was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. He suggested that I don't keep the hat outside due to the humidity and that it could ruin the hat. I definitely recommend this store if you have any questions about their products.

If you're in the market for bicycles, this is the place. We hope you get a chance to shop with Durkee. He knows the science of bikes! We had an amazing experience shopping for our first adult bikes with Durkee. We ended up having to pick up out bikes at a different store, and we made it a point to come back to Durkee. He's the BEST! Be sure to ask for him. And if he's on lunch, it is worth the wait!

Had a very nice experience today at this location. I got a bike with faulty breaks. After Justin worked on it, The bike was still not profiting perfect. He allowed me to return it with no problem. Unlike the experience I had at the Davenport location. 5 stars for Justin and the clermont store.

I ordered a YETI cooler from Dick’s online but had to return it to the Cleremont store due to the way it was packaged and shipped. It must have been a floor model because it was very dirty on the bottom rubber feet and had a gouge on the side.
Jason and Ian were wonderful in the customer service area. Both were professional and extremely nice!!! This made my experience easy!!

I’ve been in here about three times and each time I’ve never experienced any problems. Everyone working near the front says hi and doesn’t pester you while you’re shopping. Aaron at checkout was patient and let me know about the survey for $10 off my next purchase.

Great place & people. Went there to get my bike mangled fixed and they were so considerate. Adam & Kevin were the names. The way the helped me out with parts and kept me up to date was real professional. I truly appreciated them just wanting to help me, and not make the whole thing about business. If I need it and they have it. That's my #1 place.

Excellent service with a smile. Salesman accommodated our request to check stock for a different size and found what we were looking for. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back to the store location.

The store was clean and had many varieties of sporting good. I had a great time checking out baseball and softball equipment.
