Ford of Clermont Body Shop and Collision Center

The interior light had fell out of my Nissan, I had bought a new part but couldn’t get it installed. Ford Collision of Clermont installed it in 5 min no charge. Even on a holiday… they were friendly and did the job immediately. I highly recommend them.

Ruben and his staff are amazing to work with they help me with the rent a car they helped me with my insurance company geico insurance is extremely difficult to work with but Ruben made it easy he was able to communicate for me.
Geico did not communicate to me at all...
It is one of the worst insurance companies to deal with but thanks to Ruben and his staff they made everything a pleasure 5 stars in my book.

Jack, Priscilla and the rest of the team did an amazing job, from beginning to end I was well taken care of. I received a thorough review of the proposed work to be done, accurate pricing and a reasonable projected date of completion. They communicated progress and delays. It seemed every time I thought "I wonder what's going on?" I would get an update. Rental car was sent right over, no waiting. I can't wait for my next accident, I know just where I am bringing my vehicle! Thanks!
