Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server Chuck was one of the most attentive, hard-working servers I’ve ever had. I chug water when I dine and he was prepared with the refills every time. He told us about the drink deals, gave us good suggestions, cracked jokes, made sure to check on us multiple times even though he had a full section, and overall was so kind. I would come back to Applebees just to sit at Chucks table. Thank you Chuck!

Whoever cooked my food is a Legend in the kitchen and knows what they doing. Seasoned to perfection 10/10 the cook did great.

I haven’t been to this location in a WHILE. But was running errands and decided to stop in and order a take out order. So glad I did. The person taking my order over the phone was really nice and she was the same one who handed me my order when I picked it up. Ordered the grilled chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Added the honey pepper sauce on the side and 10/10 would recommend.

My experience at this West Palm Applebee’s was everything I wanted it to be and more! When I got there, I was greeted by Matt the bartender and told me all about the two for one drink happy hour and the all you can eat shrimp deal they had going on at the time. You can’t beat those deals! The manager Julian was really awesome and was working hard to make sure all of the customers in our group were satisfied and had everything that they needed. Juan, who is the other bartender, was making the best drinks all night and was just overall a really cool guy! The atmosphere here at Applebee’s was super cool and relaxing and it’s the type of place I want to take my friends and family! I had a great time, and I will certainly be returning to this Applebee’s!

Unlimited chicken and ribs (and shrimp) are still on at least as of january 2023. They don't really have menu for it, you gotta ask. The waiter Chuck is one of a kind. He is friendly, attentive and trying to get everything quick and has good suggestions. If you want best service, ask for him. This location is out of our way but we sure will be back

This is one of our favorite spots for a chill, casual, weeknight dinner. Clean restaurant, great food, and great staff. Our waitress last night was Kris and she did a FANTASTIC job! We were greeted at the door by the young gentleman who was the host, he promptly sat us and listened to our seating request. Great place. #Applebeesonadatenight

Had dinner. The prices are good. The food was good. BUT I gave 5 stars because our waiter was amazing. His name was Chris. Very friendly super nice!!!! He was funny and on top of everything!!! He made the entire experience. I forgot my to go box and he ran it out to me my car before I accidentally left it!!!!!! Great hire Applebee’s!

this place is clean the people are really nice i love they serve me and how kind they are too me i love how they made the food it was soo good and the drink i has tasted so good i had raspberry ice tea it was so good y’all should come

Kris was our server tonight and she was amazing! To top it off today is my birthday which made it extra special 😁😁😁

1st and foremost, I frequent this particular Applebee's establishment bi-weekly on weekends to enjoy a tall glass of Milk 🥛 or Smoothie and a scrumptious supper as my reward for surviving another stressful work week while commuting in some of Florida's busiest roadways.

2nd; Being that I commute alone, it is a treat to sit at the bar, watch some sports & enjoy a marvelous meal while being served by my favorite Bartender, Ms. Lisa and I have been known to call in advance to verify that Ms. Lisa is working on that particular evening.

3rd; Last time in which I was here at Applebee's, I had asked to speak with the Manager regarding an incident that I witnessed and was inadvertently involved in. A Gentleman and myself were conversing and breaking bread together when I saw him run out to the parking lot. The Gentleman came back in followed by two females who had been inside drinking alcohol and had come back in yelling at Ms. Lisa and utilizing foul language loud enough for everyone to hear including children. The two females had previously become upset because they had been drinking from the dollar Margaritas menu and Ms. Lisa had asked them if they were going to eat after their 3rd rounds which made the two females upset. None of the other clients at the bar were upset after having been approached by Ms. Lisa after their third round of dollar specials. The police officer on duty attempted to calm the two females down and they began to make verbal threats towards Ms. Lisa. Once the misunderstanding between the Gentleman and two females, had quieted down, I asked to speak with the Manager and informed him of the incident which I had just witnessed out of concern for her safety being that the two females had arrived in what appeared to be a rambunctious mood which escalated with every drink they consumed.

4th; My reason for writing this lengthy review is for the purpose of shedding light on an incident which I felt received unwarranted reviews towards Applebee's establishment, Ms. Lisa, the Manager and the Gentleman Customer. The accusations from two weeks ago fall under "Defamation of Character, Slander, Harassment and Threats". Had I not read the reviews from the two females, I would have never known the "Social Media" retaliation.

*Last, but never least: I am, as the term goes, Old School and as prior member of both Enforcement & Military, my values revolve around admitting when one is wrong, owning up to our short comings and taking pride in apologizing, for it takes more courage to admit when we are wrong, than to lash out in anger at each other. Whether or not this review will be read by the Applebee's powers that be or not is not pertinent to me. My message is for any Future Customer looking for a good meal in a fun environment where you are treated with respect & appreciation in hopes that they will be influenced by not only my review but the many other reviews posted here and if you're lucky enough to happen to sit at the bar on an evening when Ms. Lisa happens to be on duty, prepare to be spoiled and enjoy a good time.

Kris with a K :) was by far one of the BEST waitresses EVER! Super friendly, sweet and attentive. Came by our table often to make sure everything was good and was on point with the Soda refills :) It’s was my Autistic sons birthday and he enjoyed himself! Won’t eat there is She isn’t my waitress! Who ever hired her did a great job on choosing such a great team member!

Also the hostess I didn’t get her name but she was AMAZING as well her vibes were exquisite!

Amazing experience! Our bartender Danielle was amazing! Super kind and made great drinks. We got the spin dip appetizer and it did not disappoint. They have a happy hour deal you cannot beat… 2 for 1 drinks all day! Highly recommend!

I work in fine dinning, and got off late wasn’t expecting much but the food arrived via Uber eats cooked to perfection. Was pleasantly surprised, thanks Applebee’s. :)

My brother and me went here for the all you can eat and I was great the waitress was great and food came out quickly

Rich went above and beyond for his customers, 12.21 he was slammed but remained calm and attentive to everyone. Thank you for the amazing dining experience 10/10!

My Grandma and Aunt Kathi were visiting and decided to go out before they leave. We enjoyed the whole experience, but the icing on the cake was our server, Victor. He was so hospitable and welcoming with warm conversation and attentive service. They said they definitely will be coming back to this location for HIM.

The service was excellent! Staff very friendly. The food taste good and the atmosphere was energetic.

I had just got off work and needed to relax. My server's name was Marcus and he was very attentive. He acknowledged me as soon as I sat down and brought me water immediately as I asked. He took my order and stopped by periodically to see if I needed anything. Great service.

Applebee's is always great, and this location is no exception. Chicken wonton tacos were exceptionally fresh and tasty. The Bourbon Street chicken & shrimp was phenomenal and my wife was thoroughly pleased with her salmon. Our server, Nyla, was friendly and fun. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent bar staff and food was very good. Not to crowded at dinnertime.
