Shoe Palace

After having a terrible experience at footlocker, I went to shoe palace to find some comfortable shoes For work I explained to this young man named Waldo that I work 12 hour shifts and I need some comfortable shoes. He introduced me to these shoes called cloud. He was very patient. He explained everything to me. It was a wonderful experience.

Nice employees(Friday 14 July) most stores the people working there sit in the back and wait for u to come to them but this store the guy ran back and forth to get me shoe sizes and was really nice. Feel bad about that, sorry. But good service thanks.

Had a great experience during Mothers Day at the Shoe Palace in Tyrone. Montego's great customer service experience and her supervisor Megan were amazing! Thank you both for helping me get both pair of shoes.

I just went to check what did they have available and ended up getting 3 pairs and even matching socks! Establishment clean, great music, hundreds of shoes on display and great vibes from the staff. Vi and Alexis were super friendly, polite and gave me the best service ever. I will definitely comeback soon to grab another pair or two. Thank you so much for all the help!

Amazing store with amazing customer service. Megan and V really assisted me and helped me out with choosing some fire shoes for my sons graduation! Couldn’t have done it without them. Will definitely be back for sure.

I was helped by Jaquez, Jorge and TJ were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all of the products and merchandise in the store. It was our first time and we will be back again.

My wife and I purchased two pairs of shoes a week ago and realized they were the wrong size when we'd came home. They exchanged both pairs for the correct size with no issue. Thank you Jeff and Tori for such a great experience! We give you two thumbs up! See you soon. 🤗

Very good store and friendly employees, especially Jeffery and Tori who help me that Introduce some shoe size and get me the direct item.
The store following the right process that protecting customer`s health too, I saw them clean the table after I checked out I feel safe there.

I visited shoe palace at tyrone mall and had a really good experience. Vi was very polite and had no problem helping me. She made my experience worth it and i will definitely be returning.

Shoe palace has a nice, friendly and energetic atmosphere. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped me find what I needed. Tori did a great job upsaling on the clearance racks. KD was a cool guy, we had a good convo when he checked me out.

We didn't actually buy anything there yet but we will. And here's why. We were window shopping with our pre-teen sneakerhead and she literally ran into the store to check everything out. The store manager approached us and we chatted about shoe obsessions. She shared some great ideas and had a lot of style so we were happy to have that advice. Other stores, once they realized we weren't ready to commit, left us on our own (and that's putting it nicely). Shoe Palace Tyrone is a bright shiny place to shop. Friendly employees and great selection. We'll be back when we're ready for the next addition to the collection.

The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. We went in tonight and we had a young man named Jeff who was so happy to help us, brought out many pairs of shoes and even though we could not find any that fit, he never lost his enthusiasm to help, We will defiantly go back .

Love this store! Love that there are so many styles and brands all in one store.
The mall is so hectic, (especially with kids) it's nice to be able to Shoppe so many different trends without having to visit 5 stores.
Staff is great & always tries to be as helpful as possible.

Went for the Grand Opening at the Tyrone Mall location. Was able to get Yeezy's and Royal 1's. Great staff and selection.

Employees are super nice! Juan helped me pick out some nice air maxes, and was super helpful! Will come back for sure

Always a fun time shopping especially when Vi and Jorge are helping out.

Great place to shop for the newest sneakers and apparel. Great hats, socks, cleaners, water proofers. Very clean and great staff.
