This location is awesome! I love the staff they are friendly and always willing to help. They have help me piece together so many outfits for events and not only did I look good but I felt good because they literally made the process easy. Keke the manager is awesome she is very knowledge and has a great personality. Keep up the good work!

Another nice interaction at my fave south florida store. The sales associate Jessica was amazing & was able to multi-task between my million questions and all of the other customers lol. Got my cute outfit for tonight!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Kiki at your Wellington, Florida store. I ordered my daughter's prom dress last week on your website. I Payed for rush shipping because her 1st dress didn't fit. When i noticed it still hadn't shipped I called customer service. They gave me the Wellington store phone number and said they would look into it. I called. They didn't get the order because their store has been having printer/ computer problems for over a week. Kiki acknowledged the problem and quickly went into phenomenal customer service mode. She called 4 stores with me on the phone to resolve the order. When she called she even asked the stores to check for defects or snags to ensure the quality of the dress. Great customer service is hard to come by. I pray the Windsor company sees her value and applause her leadership skills. 👏 My daughter's dress is being shipped from the Naples store.

Asked me if I needed help to let her know and I did need help I needed a dress to go with a pair of shoes I had for a baby shower and she was right on point with even picking out something for me to wear !! I called into the Wellington store, and spoke with the Store Manager Keke. She was streamy helpful by looking up style numbers and pulling items that I found online. She helped me save time and money instead on ordering a lot of unnecessary items I was able to walk right into her store and try on the dress and purchase the loves that I loved!! Thank you Keke for such a wonderful experience at the Windsor Wellington Green location!!!

We called to look for a pair of shoes and Carolina, the assistant manager, answered the phone although they were out of my daughters size. Carolina was kind enough to not only give me the number of a store that had it, she also took the time to look for other similar heels they had in store. We were so happy with her selection, so she put the shoes aside for us and we came right in and ended up purchasing a new homecoming dress and shoes for my daughter. You do not get good service like this anymore nowadays so I sincerely appreciate Carolinas extraordinary customer service. She was kind, helpful and quick! I really hope you take good care of her because she is a gem!!!

Wonderful experience at the Wellington store. .much better than the Windsor in the treasure coast mall. The ladies were super helpful and even gave me a dress bag for the dress the other store threw in a bag. Definitely coming back to this one.

Was in the Wellington mall shopping for my girlfriend and stopped at this store. The clothes looked nice so I gave it a shot. My plans were to have her a hot outfit already picked out for her and the store manager Lakeisha delivered. She helped pick out my girls outfit and she loved it. The night was perfect and I really appreciated the time taken out my the staff to help with my special plans for our anniversary. Too bad they don't sell mens clothes.

I love this store.. so many cute and trendy options to choose from. Wish there were more plus size options but the 1x I am able to find in the store fit like a glove. The ladies who work there are always willing to help and the store ALWAYS being organized and clean makes shopping less hectic lol. My go to store when at the Wellington Mall.

Loved my experience!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a girl named “jojo” if I’m not mistaken . She helped me find exactly what I was listing for and had amazing customer service . I will visit this store again just because of her cane in wednesday 3/30.

The lady with the half hair I think her name was Jocelyne and the girl on the register Carolina made my day :) Jocelyne helped me find the perfect outfit for my baby shower even when I had the mentality of not finding anything with my big belly , she made all my insecurities go all away and the register lady was also sweet .. lovely customer service
