Staff was very nice and professional. Doctor was very informative in addressing all my needs step by step, explaining and detailing all procedures that needs to be done.
Office manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to my insurance coverage.
They have a great staff there. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Everything was top notch , customer service excellent , excellent experience , and I think the staff went beyond professionalism as far as performing their duties. but i only give 4 stars and not 5 only because , and i think this is true with any business especially when the entire staff members are as attentive to your clients as the staff were here but i have to be honest when you say 11 am , it mean 11am , that's just me I believe in punctuality in all parts of my life.. so i have to give you a 4 +... But i know that things happen but when it all boil down to it i have to change my evaluation to a 5 because this Aspen Dental is truly a top notch operation and deserve more than a 5 but since 5 is all their is that is what i give... My experience here was great. New patient and very impressed with my Technician assist Jorge, and the Hygienist Gloria. We’re both very professional and knowledgeable.

I took my 89 year old Mother for a dental cleaning. What a wonderful staff at Aspen Dental in PBG. They were fast and with very little waiting.

The staff helped me out with a very bad toothache. I was a walk in, and they treated me with care, and kindness.
They were able to remove the tooth that was broken, with very little discomfort.
My gratitude goes to everyone who was involved in making my weekend perfect.

I was so happy with Aspen Dental, in Fl for a few months and I lost a tooth in my denture, made appr on line, seen the next day and walked out of there with my tooth all fixed. One very Happy lady.

I'm a new patient at Aspen Dental in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and my experience was great. The Hygienist was very nice and explained everything she was going to do before starting the cleaning process and the Assistant who took my x-rays she was also very nice. The Staff was very professional and I had a wonderful first visit.

Now their staff is the definition of great customer service. I mean they are so nice and have done above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my journey raven ,Betty are my favorites I can’t remember my girl that did my X-rays but she really made my son feel comfortable while he waited

Jorge was very patient working with me he did all my X-Rays .When he called me up for my X-Rays he had a great attitude he was very friendly and he talked to me about each step he was doing so I want be lost I very comfortable with Jorge when he was taking me step by step with my X-Rays and educating me about each step which is plus . I asked him questions he answered with no problem he didn’t have a attitude was not frustrated he was very patient with me I higly recommend Jorge for your next X-Ray vist very nice handsome young man … Aspen Dental Is The Best !!!!!

i really do not like goung to the dentist but all of the staff here made my visit pleasant. I've had to deal with many of the staff, from the actual dentist to the techs to the admin. I believe Ariel was the name of most recent tech and she was very warm and friendly and took the time to explain everything to me.

I would certainly recommend Aspen Dental in palm beach gardens to my friends And family.

I’m so happy I chose Aspen Dental at the 3333 Northlake location for my dental emergency. I was treated with kindness from everyone from the moment I walked in.
My dental repair was done beautifully, better than my original.

During my confirmation call the day prior to my appt , I explained my anxiety to the front desk, revolving around going to the dentist due to past experiences elsewhere. They reassured me that Dr. Shaileen would be kind, and that could not have been more truthful. The team was kind all the way around from speaking with Raven up front, getting my X-rays done by Jorge, to meeting with the hygienist and Dr Shaileen. Thank you for making my first visit comfortable for me, it meant so much.
