Walgreens

I had been with CVS for many years but my insurance was only accepted at Walgreens and this pharmacy has done a professional job and I really appreciate the courtesy calls.

I love this Walgreens Pharmacy been going for years. They treat me like royalty. Do everything needed for me. They not only treat me kind but all their customers. They will go out of their way to make sure you get your prescription for the sake of your health. When I was in the State of Texas four years ago and needed my medication they made sure the prescription got transfer the same day within thirty minutes as promised and then made sure when I got back home, they called and it was transfered back to my area and I did nothing. Thanks Walgreens Pharmacy on Northlake for being #1.

Walgreens are a dime a dozen, but I just had to take a moment to acknowledge excellent customer service at this location. I used the FedEx hold location service here. Dale was stocking items and I asked who I needed to go to about picking up Fed Ex items. He went over to the Fed Ex are and worked on it himself. He had what must have been a supervisor help him through the process.
He didn't stop there. He made sure to help me with the heavy boxes to his car. I am not used to such kindness. I honestly was taken back by it.
Because I felt treated kindly, I felt the need to pass that kindness on the rest of the day.
I wish more experiences were like this.

I want to give a shout out to Tamara the SR. Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens on Northlake and Congress, she fixed and issue that was not her fault or mine but Walgreens error, but the Manager would not do anything in regards to my diabetic meds and wanted me to wait another week (with no meds) or charge me $125 more. Not only would he not do anything when I got mad he let Tamara take all the heat instead of standing up and helping Mr. Ben was useless. Thank you again Tamara for going above and beyond when the million dollar company would do nothing and the six figure employee did nothing as well.

Krystal, in the pharmacy, is the nicest, helpful & caring person. She always has a smile & when the pharmacy did not have the brand of a medication for me, she took it upon herself to call every Walgreens in the area to see if she could find the right Brand medication.

Great employees. Friendly people. Good place to find warm beer. I come everyday and only 20% of the time do they have cold beer. 30 warm cases sitting in the isles, 3 empty spaces in the cooler where they should go.

Been a walgreens customer for a long time and been very happy with them,
I've tryed other stores like walmart for my meds. because the store was closer to my home but wasn't happy with walmart,had to go back to my walgreens.

Today is was my first time using this particular walgreens pharmacy and the service was fast and efficient.

Traci and Leah helped me print photos from my phone for father's day. They were quick and extremely helpful!

Love this place!! Convenient last minute stop for those last minute, items on the way home.
