Walmart Supercenter

I have visited this store on a trip into West Palm Beach and I enjoy the interior design. The department names on the walls look very 80’s or 90’s and I say that in a good way. The apparel department was very organized, they have a huge selection of impulse foods like candy and drinks compared to other stores on average, and there is a Charley’s Philly Steaks restaurant inside. Good store.

The lady was very disrespectful. The open time was 10am. She had a visitor before 10am. Instead of getting it ready to open she was talking. While myself & my friend was waiting for them to open (unbeknownst to her) at 10am went in & she told me to leave until they open. I asked what time might that be & she begun talking aggressively acting defensive about not being on time.

If I had not seen her talking prior instead of working. I could understand.

Customer service is a very important aspect in a business. Prices or higher now & a place like that is a treat to someone budget. To
Not feel like your money is respected is sad! If you open @ 10am Open @ 10am have integrity and dignity.

Very easy to return items with and without receipts. The check out lines are very fast if you use the self checkout. People are generally friendly and fast to help. Bathrooms in the back of the store are much more cleaner than the front bathrooms, generally. There are a few cashiers for checkouts ( 2-5). Overall amazing service.

Can I just say how impressed I am after the renovation. Employees extremely helpful. I understand that some folks don't like showing their receipts, just remember that they are required to ask. Have a complaint, contact corporate office.

I'm not a Walmart fan . But this one is run very well, And the price of groceries is outstanding. Being in Florida food is so expensive. I was hesitant to go here . Now it's the only place I go . Big plus---- Beer is 8 bucks less a case here . At least for coors light .

Typical Walmart. Very busy. Very limited gift card selection. All out of Christmas package bows 10 days before Christmas? Seriously? Christmas trees and decorations selection pretty lame. Very helpful staff.

Gret prices on tires and service. At closing time. While garage doors closing. Employees went above and beyond to open doors and patch tire on truck. Thats top notch service for any business to learn from. Will definitely recommend and return. Might have been lucky on the timing. Id get here early under normal circumstance.

Salads are fresh, people are friendly, and sandwiches are solid. Nice place for a healthier meal

This Walmart is well staff, has everything you need, the employees are friendly and there know the store, that golden. They have good security and well trained.

Just love to watch the shoppers...good for a laugh! Clean store, savings aren't what they used to be.

I'm sorry she's giving it a little bit more stars because there was some help with finding bird seed. But when I went to get my glasses they told me 9:00 I could come in they did not tell me the optometrist was not going to be there until 9:30 10:00. They can't give you your glasses these people need to have more communication.

What's to say about a Walmart Supercenter got everything amd then some cheaper prices

I got my phone fixed in NO time ! The price for the phone + the case was fair, my case was really pretty & the service / custumor care was immaculate . That's a big word coming from me 😊. 10/10 Do reccomend
