I had a large balloon order. 33 pink balloons. I went the day before to order,and set up a pickup for next day. Both girls that helped me that day, were polite, and professional. They were so easy to work with. The next day I went back and the balloons were ready, and the young lady that helped me was also kind and helpful. So glad to be able to say that my experience was perfect/excellent.

Great selection, great service! Victor did an excelling job making sure my balloon order was perfect! They have everything you could need for any type of party, even gifts if you’re running to a kids bday party. Lines can be long on the weekend with people ordering balloons. Ordered mine during the week and no wait to pick them up Sunday!

I live out of state, so I called to place a balloon order for the weekend That I will be in town for my wedding shower. Lisa took my order over the phone, she was very helpful . She gave me some great ideas, and took her time to see what I needed was in stock. I recommend this location , and Lisa is 👍👍👌👌👌 a customer service dream!

I'm not usually one to write a review after only making a phone call but I called today to make sure they have sea turtle balloons and the girl on the phone was very helpful. I told her I'm coming in to place a balloon order tomorrow so she compiled all the sea life related balloons to make my visit tomorrow easier. I am impressed!

Huge party city! They had everything I needed when I came here. The staff was friendly and the store was really clean.

I always find good stuff for cheap at this store even though their prices on gift bags and greeting cards are outrageous. But I guess the company has to make money somewhere. But really, overall, a fun place to shop for parties and even little party goodies and gifts!

This store is always clean. I have had a few first where the manager has assisted me and I'm always happy with his help.
