Want to give a huge positive shout-out to City Furniture Wellington. We have purchased furniture from CITY Tamarac, CITY Hollywood, CITY Fort Lauderdale, and now CITY Wellington. Each experience has been led by professional sales staff and management. Why try any other furniture store when the quality of the furniture and the sales service, as well as the delivery services at City are phenomenal? Recently at Wellington the sales staff and management were superb in helping us choose our selections and go through the payment process. I'd like to add that the showroom is gorgeous and such a pleasant store in which to shop and browse. The delivery department sent emails for delivery times, and the emails also included tracking so that we knew exactly when the furniture would arrive. I am currently sitting in my new furniture enjoying it very much, so thank you CITY Furniture Wellington - awesome job!

Yesterday I spoke with Victoria and Customer Care. She was absolutely amazing. Not only what she professional, but she offered me all the options and we talked through it. I walk away from this with the most positive feeling about City Furniture. I called so many friends last night to tell them how wonderful your store is and the people that work there. Today I walked into a store in Wellington, and was pleasantly surprised that the couch that I had seen online was in the store. The salesman that I work with I believe it was Dimitri help me through the process of purchasing this couch. All I can say is thank you City Furniture.

First of all, I love the amazing selection of furniture for every room in My Home at City and Ashley furniture. Shopping is always a pleasure when greeted with a friendly and cheerful sales person. John Dao was that person. He was very thorough in explaining how the electrical sofa, loveseat, and fireplace work. He also went into great detail about the warranty for them. He also reviewed the store policy about the furniture once it Was delivered. Like I said, I don’t think he missed a thing in the process from entering the store to leaving after the purchase. He answered all questions so there were none left for us to ask. Our furniture has been delivered. No disappointments. No Questions. Thanks John. Thanks, City furniture.

I had picked out a couple of home decor pictures and the sales people were very friendly and very attentive. It was just a couple of pictures, but the associate that rung me up, insisted that she wrap them in bubble wrap so nothing would happen to them and then helped me with a couple of other questions I had regarding other pieces of furniture. Positive experience all the way around. Thank you.
