I had my second Deep Tissue Massage January 31, 2024 and it was exhilarating. Tbe massage really brought relief to my tired and aching body. it was worth every penny spent and I will be returning.

I booked this place for my mom & I as a Christmas gift & it was my first time getting a massage & it was amazing. Everyone was so nice & attentive. We will be back!

Wonderful experience. Wow I didn’t even know this place existed and when I asked how long she had been in that location she stated 7 years ! Wow. I received a massage on yesterday and it was everything & then some. I throughly enjoyed the massage I think I’ve found my go to massage place now. The prices were good and the atmosphere was perfect. Thank You again.

Second time going. This time I took my cousin. We both had a full body massages and a steam in the sauna. We agreed we have to always go when she’s in town.
The environment is so welcoming and calm. The steam room was exactly what I needed after a night out with friends!
And the massage was just AMAZING! I had a knot in my neck that was agonizing and my masseuse interminably worked to get it out.
Can’t wait until my next appointment

Absolutely wonderful! This was my first massage and Whitley was amazing. Her hands are god-like. Very welcoming. Very professional. Clean with good vibes. I asked the owner (who is very friendly) how long they'd been there and he said 7 years. This is indeed my go to massage therapy location. Keep up the good work guys!!!

This was my first massage and prenatal massage and Widline was amazing. She was gentle yet put pressure on those problem areas and she was very kind, friendly and lovely. We had a great conversation while she massage me while keeping baby relaxed and safe. I will be going back before I give birth!

AMAZING!🥰🥰😍 My first time there hands down was one of the best experiences for me.The Queens there are just phenomenal 😍. Nice,respectful and knew exactly what they are doing👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.I told them" It felt like one of them made love to my body(not literally) but, just the feeling and the other one restructured my face(again not literally) She made my face feel flawless. They laughed but, that was the experience I received from them. I would 100% recommend any and everybody to this Spa. Its very clean, smells nice, and professional. Phenomenal work Queens!🏆

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The masseuses here really do go above and beyond and always ask for your input during the massage. Witline gave me my last massage here and she’s great! Very skilled, compassionate, and a great listener. I’ve been to other massage places where the staff don’t communicate well or I still feel tense at the end of it, so can honestly say that this place is one of the best out there!!

My husband sent me here for a surprise valentine spa day and I will say everything was amazing. I received a Deep tissue massage with gel manicure and pedicure and the ladies for each were great. A good conversation goes a long way with me. I appreciated the interaction. Never did I feel anything was less than comfortable. Hands down the best place around my area so I will be going again.

Wow! I just received the best massage EVER! 20 weeks pregnant and I walked out if there feeling brand new! Widline (I apologize for spelling it wrong) has hands of an angel! Best 1.5 massage I’ve ever had. Definitely plan on going a few more times before giving birth and of course after! They were respectful and kind! Thanks to my husband for the beautiful surprise.

We came to Atlanta for vacation and wanted a spa outside of the city. As we were looking for a black own spa, we stumbled upon Life Day spa and it was the perfect place! Whitney greeted us but they only had a single spot that day, we came as a couple. The owner was very kind and went out of his way to accommodate us. He called another message therapist to serve us. The place is clean, and they treated us with respect and very down to earth. We will return back to life day spa everytime we're in GA now.

My husband surprise me with a birthday spa day and I must say my experience was so great. Their so professional at Life Day Spa, me being 31 weeks pregnant I was a little nervous about getting a massage but the pressure was perfect! I left feeling so relaxed and will return!

10/24/2020 The team was very friendly! As soon as I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Windline was my massage therapist. She was very professional, knowledgeable and applied just the right amount of pressure. I made an appointment to return before leaving 😊

I felt welcomed from the moment I entered, and the masseuse took excellent care of me. The Swedish massage is AMAZING! It is easy to make an appointment and they can also work you in the same day sometimes. I have been to Life Day Spa twice, and I will go back again.

This was my first visit, however it will not be my last. I came for a massage, and was glad I did. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the masseuse was very professional, and the massage was very relaxing. I am a hard person to please when it comes to making sure my body is right and feels good, yet I must say that my wife hit the nail directly on the head. Thank you so much baby, and thank you Life Day Spa. This WILL NOT be the last you see of me!

Went in stressed, tired, and slightly defeated. Windline left my shoulders (described by former masseuse as the tightest shoulders she’d ever seen) relaxed, as well as the rest of my body. So good that I actually scheduled my next appointment for both a facial and massage this Friday. It is vital that one takes care of their own needs as well as those of their family and their jobs. This hit the spot for me. Exceptional service.

Happy to support not only a small business, but a black owned and operated business! I felt pampered and catered to. Everyone is professional and the customer service is exceptional. Bathshua is very qualified with years of experience. My deep tissue massage was glorious!

Popped in on my way home from work for a massage and they got me right in. Super friendly folks who work to make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. My massage was wonderful as it worked out my very tight shoulders. Thank you I will be back.

Went in today for a deep tissue massage, and it was wonderful! I will be back regularly as I feel so much of a difference already. Bathsua was very kind and professional as well as skilled and knowledgeable in the art of massage therapy.

OMG!!!!!!! This place is amazing and reasonably priced! I had a sports massage that has me as loose as a noodle! I've been stiff and sore for a week and all that is gone!!! WHITLEY is FREAKING AWESOME!!! She's got perfect pressure and strength that is just right for an incredible stretch!!! I will be back on a regular basis. Trust me!!!
