Searched for *juice bars in St. Pete and found this funky, fresh, and friendly place in Grand Central. Tanya was awesome and very knowledgeable about her products. My Full Metal green smoothie was just what I needed! I also grabbed 3 fresh squeezed juices to go for a mini cleanse. The vibe here is laid back and rainbow-friendly, and they share a space with a coffee shop and a book store. Comfy indoor and outdoor seating w/shade provided. This will be in my regular rotation of DTSP stops.

Wow, the grommet greens smoothie is delish. Picked up some green juices for the rest of the week too at a reasonable price. Visit was quick and friendly. The store is cute and clean. Very impressed, I will be back!

I stopped by today after a work out and I was looking for a healthy snack. I wish I could remember the name of the girl at the front counter because she was absolutely amazing!! She really spent her time with me helping me find a juice that wouldn’t trigger my acid reflux and staying away from flavors I don’t like. This raspberry bar was like eating a dessert it was so delicious!! She went above and beyond telling me about other locations as well. 10/10

Squeeze juice works is so local and cool. Their Kale Pesto open faced toast is delicious and healthy. They have amazing plant based food options. We had their plant based egg sandwich and it was phenomenal. It’s like a sausage egg and cheese except you don’t feel like a bloated truck driver after, you feel healthy and nourished. I haven’t tried their juices but I am excited to try some next time. Definitely check this hidden gem out. It’s right next to body electric yoga so it’s a great post workout stop. And they are a lot more than just juice! Also my husband loves their cold brew.

I come here every couple of weeks for a treat-y but still healthy lunch and it’s consistently good. The service is always prompt and friendly. The smoothies and coffee drinks are really tasty, and I love the option to add adaptogens. Everything here is vegan, and they also have gluten free options for the toasts.

If you’re looking for very healthy, plant-based smoothies, I would check this place out! Not your typical smoothie king smoothie. It’s Really healthy and they have a lot of unique ingredients. Only thing to consider is that it is more expensive than your average smoothie places. $8 for a small smoothie but it’s worth it! It’s good for your body. I got the “breaking fast” smoothie.

Squeeze is such a treat! Their juice blends are fab and their smoothies are delicious. Take Raquel's recommendations for supplements to add to your smoothies. She has so many tricks up her sleeve - specifically the Amanda Bynes adaptogen supplement. Raquel will fix you up!

The best juice ever and plant based meals are so tasty..you get 4-5 lbs or vegetables in every bottle..can't beat that if you are trying to stay on a healthy diet..love the Staff and they are very knowledgeable .A must try for anybody in the St. Pete area. You will love it!!

Were out of some food & drink items we tried to order and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Everything we had tasted amazing and very fresh. Will absolutely be back to try more!

Menopause is NOT a disease but wow can it make you feel tired, run down, bloated and moody. I've been practicing yoga for about ten years now and Squeeze is conveniently located right next to one of my favorite yoga studios here in St. Pete. So one day I decided it was time for a juice cleanse. I didn't know what the difference was between the vita mix juicing and cold pressed juice but the Squeeze website answered all of my questions. I can tell you there is a huge difference. Without hesitation I walked right in, pulled a few juices out of the fridge so I could indulge right away and ordered two one day cleanses. I also enjoyed two different 'shots' while i was placing my order and I must tell you that E3 Live is a game changer. I am forever hooked on this as well. After 6 days now, I am sold. I feel incredible. I have more energy, lost a few pounds and the bloat feeling is gone. Better still my bad attitude has lifted, my skin looks like its glowing again and I cant wait to share this experience with everyone I know. The craving to eat junk food has gone and the want and need to exercise is back. Thank you to the owners of this business who clearly care about the health and well being of people. I would also like to add that this business is CLEAN. If I can feel like this in just one week, (which by the way was only suppose to be two days, but I've now incorporated these juices into my daily intake) I cant wait to see how I feel as the pounds melt away and my energy level grows. LOVED IT! Tampa location is great - easy access in South Tampa from Kennedy Boulevard near downtown. Free Wi-Fi (which I took advantage of) and easy, cool place to hang out. Enjoyed the Mother Kombucha on tap - had no idea that was possible! Fantastic, healthy place.

Squeeze juice has some amazing all organic juices! Love that they are made with care and every juice or mylk is concocted with the most amazing blend of ingredients. I tried my first mylk and got “Cold Confort” cashew milk. OMG it’s so amazing, and very filling!! I would definitely go back and recommend!
