I am so excited about the jeans and top I got here! Jodi was amazing and had me try on everything lol! Honestly, the 2 pairs of jeans I purchased are my favorite - love them ❤ and love the top we picked too (which was an after thought)! Can’t wait to go back! TKK is amazing and I can’t thank y’all enough for making me cute! I get compliments everywhere I go in these clothes 🫶🏻🥰❤😘

Besides having great trendy clothes their eyelash and and eyebrow serums are the best.
There is something there for every age group. It’s a fun place to shop and also watching their Life shows wine down Wednesdays and Sundays shows the clothes and explains fabric,sizes etc. and you can order what pleases you right at their show.

then same designers at other boutiques. Treat you like family.

I am not one to ever post reviews but I needed a place to share this. I’ve worked customer service my entire life and if a situation like this ever comes up you better believe we do whatever we can to correct the problem AND offer gift cards, money off anything within reason to satisfy the customer.
August 7th I placed an order well over 100$ and was charged shipping 7.50$ to send to Pittsburgh. It’s the 18th and I still don’t have it because they haven’t shipped it. I sent two emails, no response. Finally Tuesday the 15th I called and the owner told me to call her back tomorrow she’d see what she could find out. I called Wednesday and she said oh yea it’s here we’re ship it out in a few days. I asked why a few days if anything it should of already been shipped. The owner then proceeded to tell me about her mothers health and she did drive a half hour both ways to check on my order for me. I thanked her for that and wished her mother well but come on this is your business. Driving too and from really isn’t your customers concern.
I asked if the shipping could be refunded and I was told she’d have to ask her husband.
I deal with several on line boutiques that still have stores and this has yet to happen.
In conclusion it’s 4:10pm on Thursday August 18 and my supposed package still hasn’t made it to the post office. Unfortunately, I’ll probably delete their app and not go through this again. Very unprofessional way to handle a new customer.
