Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr Henriquez. Did not know what to expect after reading the prior review. I was very surprised and pleased. The office was clean and pristine. The waiting room was not filled to capacity. The front desk was efficient. The nurses were very competent. The doctor was so personable, intelligent, and assuring, etc etc. I’m due back for stress test and actually feel assured that I will receive the correct and competent diagnosis. Phew what a year!!

The office and staff are equal in quality to the doctor. You feel comfortable and well cared for by all the moment you set foot in the office. No, actually prior to that for phone interaction and appointment setting is handled with the same level of service. Warm and efficient at the same time.

I adore the people who work here. From the kind ladies who check you in and direct you to the appropriate location. To the kind and cheerful nurse's aide. Then there are the nurses, who make or break all medical institutions. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude. I can't express how grateful I am for the treatment I received.

Have you ever left an appointment and felt uncomfortable with the doctor’s diagnosis and recommended treatment? I have and it’s not a good feeling. I met Dr. Anglade when I felt I would be doing myself a disservice if I did not seek a second opinion. Right off, he understood why I was doubting what I had ben told and I am no solely under his care and will stay here.

A wonderful group of people. All of them are incredibly educational and well-explained. They didn't make my family and me feel foolish for asking so many questions. Very helpful, courteous, and friendly. As I have stated it was all so AMAZING.

Being kind and respectful goes a long way. The staff at EH Cardiovascular made me feel great from the get-go. They are very kind and don’t make you feel rushed and talked down to.

I have been going to Dr. Hernandez for over 4 years and has been nothing but the best service. He always asks the right questions and truly cares about my health and progress. The staff is excellent as well!!

Dr. Hernandez ❤ is par excellence in cardiology. I have been a patient for years & in the past (where I have lived, out of state, since my heart attack in 2012) I've been fortunate to have several excellent cardiologists par with Dr. Hernandez ❤ The office staff are helpful, understanding, professional, personable & caring.

The staff at EH Cardiovascular Institute are fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Dr Israel Henriquez is awesome! He is very caring and up to date with the latest technologies. I highly recommend him if in if a cardiologist.

I felt like I was a priority. It was such a relief to have my questions answered and not to leave feeling even more confused than when I went in.

Excellent practice. I’m glad I came here and it’s empowering to feel more informed about my condition.

I should’ve known from my initial phone call!!! I was referred to this place by my general practitioner, when I first call to make the appointment I was greeted in the most unprofessional manner by the girl who does appointments. I should’ve hung up right then and found another place but I still gave it a shot, maybe she had a bad day… The day before my appointment I was called to be rescheduled. Once again, the person who called me, has absolutely no phone skills and obviously does not like her job. Today, at 11:45, I called to confirm my appointment at 1:30. The person answers the phone, mumbled something incoherently, and put me directly on hold. After 10 minutes on hold with no answer, I realize that she put me on hold until the lunch break so she didn’t have to work. Now I have to leave work to get there on time, I walk in the door and was greeted by a voice, “give me a minute”, but didn’t even look up to the window.. rudely she asks for my name and DOB, only to tell me I don’t have an appointment today, which I was never told the doctor had an emergency with his wife..anyway I can only hope the Doctor reads this and addresses that the front desk girl is chasing his money right out the door.

I have called for two days and it says to call back during normal working hours . You are open until 5pm, I have been calling for the past hour and a half.

Very disappointing... I left a practice with some of these doctors years ago because it was always a zoo when you went and waited hours. My mother had an appointment today at this new facility to check her pacemaker and consult with Dr Hernandez after. We waited 45 minutes in a packed waiting room with no social distancing. Older people with heart conditions standing in corners to get away from others. I told nurses and Dr Hernandez this was unacceptable. All I got was shrugged shoulders and the fact that nobody cared. Then after waiting in this packed waiting room I was told I couldn’t go in with my mother to see The doctor, only patients could. I’ve already been in with her to check the pacemaker. It was nice to see the doctors were taking care of themselves and not letting extra people in their offices but didn’t care that we were all waiting in a packed waiting room. A few people left without being seen because of no social distancing and a few others said they were never returning.as you can see I am very upset about this.

Made the appointment in advance. Came to appointment and sat in waiting room for over 1 hour. We literally watched the patients that came in long after me come, be seen, and leave. When I addressed the concern with the receptionist I was told “just wait, we’ll be with you shortly”.

If I could give them zero stars.
They try to take your money but don’t even inform about test results or follow up call
They don’t care for your patients
