The Wellington wound center boasts an exceptional team, with Doctor Lane standing out as the absolute best. My experience with her was incredible - her attentiveness and care exceeded all expectations. My toe's progress has been phenomenal, and I'm thrilled with the results. While I can't recall everyone's names, Alena and Robin are both heroes in my book, along with the rest of the outstanding staff. Their dedication and compassion are truly remarkable and deeply valued. I'm incredibly grateful for their exceptional work and hope they keep it up. Nothing less than an extraordinary experience!
After visiting another unethical doctor that wanted to amputate my husbands leg, we decided to look for a second opinion and found Dr Pham. He is caring, compassionate and his experience saved my husbands leg. All the staff is very nice but would like to name Alina and Maggie as our favorite nurses and Rose and Eveline at the front desk who ALWAYS have a smile for us. Forever grateful!

Yikes I'm reading some crazy reviews... Look everyone is going to have a different experience. I personally find the staff wonderful and engaging. They were very sweet and helpful. Also, the atmosphere was warm. Very welcoming, also really really clean! I think this business might not be getting the positive reviews, because most people don't even comment when they're happy, but if you felt that you had a personal negative experience... Those are the ones that write a review. Which is fine! I understand that you want to get your experience out there. I just wish more people would comment when they have a good experience. This is a good would care center and their staff is top notch! You would have to have your own experience. The people here are really great!

I take my dad to The Wound Center every Friday to have his wound taken care of.I have never seen such a friendly, patient, helpful ,compassionate professional and loving group of health care workers in long time. My dad eyes light up when I mentioned the name of the center.It gives us great pleasure to be there and highly recommend this center..Just wish I could give 100 stars instead of 5.

I had a very bad heating pad burn. I went to my Primary doctor twice and the second time she sent me to Wellington Regional Wound Care Center. I got directions from the valet gentleman who didn't give me good directions. I went to another building and it wasn't the building. I then call and the lady told me how to get there . I was over 30 minutes late but the lady said don't worry we are going to fit you in. That was the first of many things that the Wound Care Center did to make me feel like I was going to be taken care of by some caring people. From Dr. Pharm, Shawnee, Jeanette, Maryann, Jean, Maria to Rose at the front desk who made me feel as if I was was in the best hands for my condition. I feel that I was a special case because I take couidum but everything that was done to me I was told it would be done before it was done. My doctors told me to get rid of my heating pad which I am not going to do but I will not put my feet on a heating pad on high ever again. Wellington Regional Wound Care Center will be the only wound care Center that I will ever go to. I would like to thank all the mentioned people who had a hand in my healing thanks for my healing and care. Keep up the great work.

Your doubts stop here if your reading this review. The nurses and staff are wonderful. Very personable and caring- Dr Scott is a gentle and caring . he always explained the procedure he would be doing that day and would always check if felt pain during my debridement. All the RNs took extra care to make sure i was prepped for Dr Scott and the communication between them during the procedure was excellent. Once your healed they gave me a cool hat and took a photo for thier wall.

The people in this place are AMAZING. Thanks to them I am fully on the to recovery from a good wound resulting in the loss of my BIG toe . Due to their care none of my foot was touched.
I was BLESSED to have not just got to know the staff but to call them FRIEND and them call me FRIEND.

When you call the office to make an appointment, mid conversation you rudely get cut off, and asked for your information, and then told : your not the only patient. Someone will call you back! By the name of Evelyn! But, that call never took place!

Called to make an appointment. Woman took all my information and said they would call me back to set it up. A week plus goes by with no return call so I call them. Woman with nasty attitude tells be that I was number 22 on the waiting list when I originally called, that she is very busy, and that there were still 4 people in front of me, as if I should be grateful that I have only been waiting over a week just to get a call to setup an appointment. With that kind of customer service, everyone should be concerned about the quality of care. I ended up calling Bethesda Health in Boynton Beach. Very friendly , had an appointment setup immediately for three days later, and they have been excellent!
