The level of customer service at this Total Wine & More is superb. They go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.

The selection of spirits is the largest of any store I've ever seen. They always have some sort of wine or liquor tasting.

Since becoming vegan I've been drinking organic vodka and Total Wine has the best selection.

I can tell you from experience that their prices beat any and all other liqour stores.

The samples were very good. We purchased a few items. Everyone was very helpful. I recommend them highly.

Customer Svc staff in front not too anxious to help. When we found someone on the floor, they were great. Huge selection. Big place, maybe too big.

This is not your average liquor store... This is a warehouse of wine, liquor and all sorts of fancy spirits. If they don't have it it's because they don't make it! Lock me up in this store overnight anytime!!!!! And the customer service is absolutely brilliant with a good sense of humor!!!!!! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A great selection of wines, liquor, and beer. They carry keg beer, also. Keep an eye out for items on sale.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you can't find what you are looking for or need advice just ask. Also, if they don't have what you want in store, be sure to ask the person at the front desk, cuz they can often order it for you. And if you need big quantities for a party or event they can order for that too!

Went in to buy Coffee Patron Tequila but they were out. The associate made 2 recommendations based on my request. We couldn't choose so he opened them up and let us taste test both of them!!!! We loved them both so we bought both! The Señor Rio Coffee Liqueur has a Tequila base to it but is very smooth. The Kova Coffee Liqueur is really nice, it has hints of Coffee and chocolate. You could do a shot of it or sip it over ice. As for the chocolates, an impulse buy, but they were yummy!

If you like wine, beer and liquor this is the place you can find I think almost everything, I got this beers from other countries to try them out, the place it is well organized.

This place is huge. I’m coming back everytime I can!!

I received extremely great customer service from Maria Roca!!! I was looking for a gift for an Italian couple who are friends of mine that I was visiting and it had to be reasonably priced because I am on a fixed income. So I let Maria know this and She was very instrumental in pointing out the different types of wines that I can purchase that were in my price range but more importantly she explained the different tastes/flavors of the wines that she was pointing out! I thought that it was pretty cool for her to take the time out to explain how these wines worked for certain meals/occasions and she was very enthusiastic through the whole thing! Maria has provided me some of the best customer service that I have ever received in an establishment! On top of that, she was very excited and motivated to help me out with anything else that I needed! I thought that it was extra cool that she knew so much about the different wines and how knowledgeable she was regarding the wines and the pairing of foods! This outstanding service was given to me all the way up to cashing out for my products! So I asked someone else if I could have her name to put on to my receipt so I can do the survey, (even after she had already told me her name). I actually lost that receipt in one day because I took it out of the bag before giving the wine as a gift and I discarded it but I called the store and they gave me all of the information that I needed which was really cool also! I feel that Maria is an awesome asset to your organization and she should be recognized as such! Thank you so much Maria for a great experience at your store and I am sure that when I am in town again I will be stopping by. I was visiting my son and this was the store that he brought me to and now I see why he enjoys coming here! I do know that this survey was long but I wanted to be sure that they get the full picture when I tell you that you have a gift in Ms. Maria Roca and her customer service is second to none!!!! Ohvyeah, I was told by my friends that received the wine as a gift that the wine was excellent!

I love everything about this store.. I would just love if they'd find the carmel tequila I have been looking for. In the mean time, we absolutely love the Skatter Brain whisky flavors they turned us on to. Ohhh and yes please on the cigars!
