Mark "Mr. Wellington" was my nurse yesterday and he was amazing. He was gentle. Patient. Explained everything to me in detail and reassured me I was in great hands. And I was. He made my visit so easy and comfortable.

We can”t say enough good words about Wellington Regional Medical Center. The staff and the service is amazing. We used their Lab services.
We have a newborn baby who has a condition and requires monthly lab work done. The first 2 times we did it at a different hospital and it was pretty traumatic for us as parents watching what was done to our baby. It was a long wait time, the medical personnel was poorly trained on how to draw blood from a baby, it was lengthily and done inappropriately. Our baby was in great distress and so were we. The experience at Wellington Hospital from start to end was just amazing. We didn't have any wait time. Front desk and Registration/Check in was super fast. Everyone very professional and informative. Once we arrived at the Lab, the director of the Lab, Maria came and introduced herself. She assured us that they do plenty of lab work for babies and they”ll take good care of our 1 month old son. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They want to make the parents and the baby as comfortable as possible. We received even a toy for the baby. What a nice touch!
The blood work was performed so smoothly that our baby didn’t even cry. They let one of the parents hold the baby in the arms, so the baby feels safe. Our minds were blown to see how smoothly everything was done compared to our previous experience. It took about 2 minutes to draw baby”s blood.We were so relieved and so grateful to the Lab personnel. If you need to do blood work for your baby, that’s the place to go to. We will definetely take our baby to this hospital from now on.

I recently had a minor surgery at Wellington Regional with Dr. Ruben Quintero, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the staff enough for their incredible care and compassion throughout my entire hospital stay.

From the moment I arrived, the team on the labor and delivery floor welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. They immediately put me at ease, addressing all my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about the procedure ahead.

The transition to the surgery room was seamless, thanks to the attentive and reassuring staff who accompanied me every step of the way. Their patience and understanding in dealing with my nerves were truly commendable, and I felt reassured knowing I was in capable hands.

Throughout the procedure, the surgical team demonstrated the highest level of expertise and proficiency. They were not only skilled in their craft but also took the time to explain each step of the process, alleviating any anxiety I may have had.

My experience at this hospital has completely surpassed my expectations. As a first time mother, delivering here was a great experience, and the staff is amazing, caring and very professional. If I were to recommend anyone that is afraid to give birth at a hospital, this is the hospital that would make you feel the most comfortable to do so! Very happy with my experience and even the postpartum care!

I had to visit the ER this week due to severe pelvic pain and as always when going to a hospital/doctor I was very wary of how I would be treated. To the doctor & nurses working the ER in the early afternoon on 04/17/2024 I would like to give huge thanks to you for truly listening to whats been happening to me recently, being through in testing and showing compassion in the care you provided. I followed up with a specialist today and having the information we gathered in the ER helped us figure out what was going on. Very grateful.

The labor & delivery and postpartum care staff are truly amazing. I was here for 4 days for the induction and delivery of my son, and met a lot of them during that time. Every single member of the staff that I encountered was SO kind and encouraging, they always made sure I felt comfortable. I am so grateful for my experience here, the wonderful staff truly made all the difference

Had a laparoscopic surgery done here and was treated amazingly. The facility was clean and the nurses/doctors were amazing. Especially Dr. Fern of OB/GYN he handles his patients with such care and he’s very gentle and makes sure you understand everything

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional service at Wellington Regional Hospital, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. I brought my son in because he wasn’t feeling well and from the moment we entered the facility, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff.

First and foremost, the medical team demonstrated unparalleled expertise and dedication in providing care. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, ensuring that I felt informed and reassured. Their compassion and attentiveness truly made a difference during what could have been a stressful time. I must also say that nurse Kate was absolutely amazing. She kept my son calm and explained things to him in a manner that was appropriate for a teenager. Nurse Kate, you are a ROCKSTAR!

From the doctors and nurses to the administrative personnel, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my son’s needs were met and that he felt supported every step of the way.

Overall, our experience at Wellington Regional Hospital was nothing short of exceptional. I am grateful for the outstanding care my son received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical services. Every single nurse, physician, PA, anesthetist, etc. that I came in contact with were remarkable! The bedside manner I experienced was like no other. Sonia in pre op, Nicole in recovery, and the male nurse (I was too nervous to get his name) who was in the operating room especially.

Mostly excellent except for my nurse. Yanked my bonnet off my head after I told her I had to go to the bathroom. Another nurse had to come take me. The other personnel, especially Chris was exceptional. My doctor was the best as usual 😌. I feel that my procedure went well because of such caring staff.

The Nurses on the 3rd floor are angels. Met at least a dozen of them and they all took time to talk to me about my care and what's happening next. 9 days of hell was made manageable with the staff on that floor. Food is actually pretty good, doctors are knowledgeable and keep you in the loop about everything goin on. I'm sure I'm not gonna like the bill so much but the staff here are amazing!!

Every staff member I came in contact during my visit was absolutely amazing. They did an amazing job putting me at ease. They knew that I had recently gone through ovarian cancer with a full hysterectomy and knew I was very sensitive with the tests I was having. They were very clear as to what was happening during each test with a full explanation of the steps to take once my tests were completed. I left my appointment with an assurance I was in great hands. Thank you to the entire staff.

Just had my baby here and it was an overall excellent experience. I couldn’t be happier with my care in all aspects. So grateful to all the staff who cared for me and my precious baby boy. You are a blessing!!

On behalf my sister, Theresa, I want to thank the nursing team on 2N. She was fighting ovarian cancer stage 4. You all were amazing. But one nurse in particular we want to mention is Faith. Faith we cannot express our thankfulness and gratitude for all you did for my sister during this very difficult time. My mom and I wish you all the best!

Recently had to visit the emergency room at Wellington Regional I can't say visiting an emergency room is ever great but but the stuff definitely made it a good experience especially the RN nurse Christine that was helping us she always was very friendly and helpful even though she was extremely busy and even when she wasn't around any of the other RN stuff we're all great. I've been to a few hospitals in the past and definitely nothing like the good experience that I had at Wellington Regional thanks again for for all your help during a pretty scary time you guys will definitely be my Hospital in the future whenever I need one.

Being my first experience, I was extremely scared and very anxious. The entire team was so thorough and very professional. I felt so cared for and very safe. I had extreme anxiety going into my first emergency surgery, but Dr. Desmond and his team was so nice and reassuring. The OR pair of nurses were so nice and comforting when I woke up I felt so grateful to have such a great team to help me through an extremely emotional and challenging time for my body. Nothing bad to be said other than the nurse giving me water was a big no no and had a wait a while to get into surgery. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I’m still here but the ER is filled with wonderful dedicated professionals I’d be happy to be stuck with at any time. They were superb, this extends to the nuclear medicine, ct scan, X-ray techs and respiratory therapists. The doctors were good and I loved the nurses.

I was admitted to Wellington Regional Medical Center Feb. 12/13 2023 via ER.
First time patient and I was truly amazed at the dedication , service and professionalism of the doctor, Jasmine RN and and all the staff. They worked non stop throughout the night and still managed to remain cheerful and poised.
Transferred to step down unit and equally given outstanding treatment.
I highly recommend Wellington Regional Hosp. as a go to place when necessary.

Our visit yesterday was truly wonderful. As someone who has a strong adversary to hospitals my view has changed thanks to the doctor and nurse that attended to us. Both were kind and helpful providing us with great care. Thank you nurse Veronica and Dr. O’Shea.

Honestly, this was the best decision that I ever made of having my child be born at this Medical Center, because the way that they were so attentive and were so helpful with anything that I needed especially with this being my first child. It was amazing! The staff was always on hand. They came in the rooms within seconds of calling. They were always helpful with any type of questions That may have caused a concern to me or my child. The postpartum room was amazing. The bed was big enough for me and my child’s father to sleep on. It felt like a suite in a five star hotel. They provide excellent food service morning, lunch, & dinner. My stay there for the five days was truly amazing. It truly was the best service that I’ve ever had at any Hospital. I would recommend anybody that if they’re having their first child , to go to Wellington Regional Medical Center.
